   Our waitress did a great job. We ordered the brisket sandwich and it had lots of fat. (I guess we're spoiled by our local BBQ place.) So I was not impressed with what we ordered.

   I planned my friends bachelorette party in a western theme and Gilly’s was the perfect first stop for our night. The food was great, the drinks were great and the atmosphere with line dancing and the bull riding was so much fun! Couldn’t have been any better! I am sure it will be a Vegas trip staple!

    If you just want some atmosphere, it’s good. We were there 45 minutes, no one would wait on us. Asked twice before someone would come take our order. Food was meh, not worth the prices at all. Would have been happier eating at a fast food place.

    We ate in the restaurant first where the food was good with huge portions with each of us unable to finish our food due to the size. We then went into the saloon next door to have more drinks where there was a live band with people line dancing giving it a proper American cowboy feel which was great. It's definitely a feel good place to listen to a band and have some fun.

    Everything was AMAZING until a large party of men was seated beside us and they acted like self-involved jerks. They were so loud that we couldn't hear each other at my table. Our waitress moved us to the bar to finish our meal. Our waitress was great, the food was excellent, the ambiance almost perfect.

    The food and service were great. We went into the saloon for the free line dancing lessons. Had a blast since we had danced in years. Had a great time.

    Our server was so good. Unfortunately the brisket took longer than expected but we made it to our show in time. The reservation system was great. Super fun atmosphere.

    Ok, both the ribs and brisket were a bit dry and just ok in flavor. The portions were generous and price was average for a bbq restaurant. Probably wouldn’t go again.

    I was underwhelmed. Yhe food was average and a bit pricey for what it was. Service was average. Would not repeat the experience. No complaints just not something I'd recommend.

    The staff here worked hard to provide very good service! Our waitress and other staff were attentive and noticed when we needed drinks. It was easy and efficient to make a reservation at this fun country themed restaurant. We enjoyed this place for casual dining with friends.

    The burger with pulled pork was good. The tater tots were plain bagged tots with no southwest seasoning. The fried chicken was waaaayyyy overcooked.

    The food was pretty good. It was a good time. BUUUUUUUT!!! The service? Uhhhhhhh Had to stop the waitress to get anything. We had a party of 6, she ask for 1 card to put on file. Okay, that’s fine, but when it came time to close the tab, she didn’t bother to itemize the check, she just hit my card for $500. Good things I have good friends that would give me their part, huh? Don’t get me wrong, it’s not that big of deal, but she could have least let me know that she was going to do that. Besides that, we all had a good time. And yes, riding the bull is worth the $10 it cost!

    No atmosphere and tasteless food would not recommend. Placed order received starter wings very average, then before we’d finished our main arrived we pointed out it was early and was told it would just sit under the warmer if we didn’t take it then . The food was tasteless and we even sent one main back . Very disappointing!
