    Outstanding experience. Book at sunset! 🤩 polite and attentive service. Beautiful view. And food was great. We loved our grilled chaser salad (great salads can be harder to come by in condado beach and theirs was outstanding), vanilla flan, and the pork with risotto was so tasty! The chicken dish was also good—for a chicken dish. The Mofongo was okay, but dry (needs olive oil)..but flavors were on point. I’ll go back here for sure for dinner sunset views when I want a great salad and overall pleasant experience. You can hear sounds from pool area with children, but didn’t bother us :)

    First time in Puerto Rico and we wanted to taste Puertorican food. Chef Febres welcomed us at the restaurant and personally cooked bolitas de mofongos for all of us. All the food was impecable and very tasteful. This gentleman it’s the clear definition of giving a stellar service. We will definitely go back and recommend the Gingambo reataurant to our friends. Specially that when they come make sure they meet Chef Febres and experience his delightful food and service.

    Limited menu items. Dinner time didn’t have some items on menu. Will really help to see a menu online to help decide, especially for those with dietary restrictions, such as vegetarians

    Lo único desagradable fue que fuimos afuera a tirarnos una foto en la pared de las amapolas, era mi familia, mis hijos y nietos éramos 8 y vinieron dos guardias como si uno fuera a colarse a algún lado o algo. No se bien desagradable esa experiencia. Y eso que una de las mesera fue tan amable que nos tiro la foto.

    No había variedad de comida y carnes, la carne roja era de poca calidad. El precio fue muy alto para lo pobre que ofrecieron de comida y calidad. He pagado esa cantudad ahí, pero ha sido mejor antes.

    Easter Brunch Buffer was fresh and delicious! The servers were friendly and very attentive with filling drinks and removing plates. Overall great selection of food and desserts.

    First of all they said no reservation was made. Luckily no one comes to this place so we were able to be seated. $85 for a mediocre buffet. Service was bad, not worth the tip which they include in the bill. I do not recommend this place.

    A nivel general la experiencia fue bastante frustrante, y más tomando en cuenta que era noche buena. El bufet estaba programado para 8:15pm para recibir a todos los comensales, sin embargo no fue hasta 8:25pm que abrió el mismo. La comida en las estaciones al principio aún no tenía muchos de los utensilios para poder uno servirse la misma. Mi reservación estaba hecha para que fuera adentro del restaurante, y me pusieron mi mesa afuera, además el área estaba casi sin iluminación. Cuando le pregunte a la persona que me sento no hizo ningún esfuerzo por verificar. Y la mayoría de las mesas de adentro al final estuvieron vacías. El restaurante tenía un saxofonista en vivo y lamentablemente los que estábamos afuera no podíamos disfrutar del el. El restaurante debió haber acordado con el músico a que se moviera por las mesas de afuera, y así poder también nosotros disfrutar de el. Cabe destacar el instrumento del saxofón permite esto. Los cubiertos no fueron remplazados según fuimos comiendo los distintos platos del buffet, había que seguir usando los mismos cubiertos. El servicio de pedir más bebidas a la mesa, además de la copa de vino que incluía el Buffet fue sumamente lento. Este servicio de bebidas es el que más rápido debía ser, ya que la comida era un buffet. En la entrada del restaurante a mano izquierda justamente debajo de la paella había una área bastante mojada, algo que para ser la entrada de un restaurante no debía estar así. Eramos 9 personas y realmente para todos fue la misma experiencia frustrante lamentablemente. El costo de la comida no fue a la a par con el servicio.

    Don't eat here unless you rob a bank first. We asked for water and the waiter brought Fiji water, never offered tap. When the bill arrived, he charged us $6.50/bottle and we would have been completely fine with tap. We told him this. He was awful. A child's lemonade was $8. We regretted the meal completely. The food wasn't even that great. I can't believe the ridiculous charges. Absolutely skip this place and eat a burger across the street. I can't even say enough bad about their prices and we only paid for 4 people, it was ridiculous and the waiter made sure to add a 15% service charge.

    We had a Friendsgiving at Gingambo 11/2022. We sat outside near the pool. The food was very good and since it was buffet style there was plenty of options to choose from. Pasta, oysters, shrimp, rice, potatoes, pork, salmon, turkey, chicken, beef wellington, fruits, cakes, cookies and vegetables as well as icecream. The cakes, however, were a bit dry for my liking. We payed a bit more for the buffet but I believe the location, hotel and variety of food influenced the price. However, the ambience, and service was great. Who doesn't like oceanfront dining?

    We went here for thanksgiving and the food was just plain mediocre. Very disappointed in all of it and we paid $600 for dinner.

    Service and staff was great but my chicken was rubbery and tasted raw. Completely ruined the experience and i left hungry. However drinks were quick and server was outstanding.
