   Food was terrible and server was non existent. Dirty dishes were piled on the table and we couldn’t order drinks. No one enjoyed anything they ordered. Everything lacked salt and seasoning.

   Their spicy Margarita type drink was awesome, as were all four of our meals. We definitely want to go back on a Thursday for their table side fresh mozzarella! Their Pappardelle was awesome, especially with the added mushrooms, and the sweet corn risotto with added shrimp was also phenomenal.

   Delicious meatballs, marinara, foccacia and home made pasta. We were looking forward to the burrata, but it's not made in house so we skipped it. Excellent service, lively, loud atmosphere. The only cons were the decor--weirdly industrial, felt very hotel-ish (which yes, this is in a building with a hotel), and our table had a ridiculously wiggly table top that made cutting your food a whole-table event.

   The food was quite good. It was a fair price for what we received and they offered dishes you don't find everywhere else. The service was just okay. The waiter was nice, but it felt like we were being ignored. Dirty, used plates from previous courses were left at our table the entirety of the meal. Our waters were never refilled. We waited about 20 minutes from finishing our plates to seeing our waiter again. Other waiters and waitresses seemed much more attentive, so I would try again.

    You can just tell everything was made fresh. It was a last minute spot and I'm glad we chose this place. Beautiful inside, amazing food, great service. I didn’t even want any liquor.. because their mocktails were really good but I bet their drinks are just as good! and the pricing is not terrible either. Its definitely worth the price if you wanna go all out. Me and my husband are definitely going again.

    We had an excellent meal here. It was lively but not crowded, and service, while not rushed, was attentive. The waiter recommended the pappardelle, and it was indeed wonderful. We also had the spring vegetable pasta and a dessert - both innovative and delicious. We loved it so much we returned the next evening to try the pizza. Lovely ambience, delicious, fresh food, fun cocktails (and mocktails) along with friendly staff made for two great meals during our Minneapolis trip.

    Understaffed conditions led to extremely slow and inattentive service. We sat there for almost 10 minutes before a waiter came to our table to bring water. Throughout our meal, I had to continually wave staff over to get drinks or find our waitress. The restaurant had her working tables in addition to the bar area across the room, and busing her own tables.

    I wish I remembered our server’s name. She was wonderful but it was a long day of travel and my brain was scrambled. My 15 year old son made the reservation while we were driving to town for a concert (8 1/2 hours). It was his birthday weekend, so I let him choose and had no expectations. Everything was amazing. Food, cocktails, service, atmosphere. Next time I’m in Minneapolis I’ll go back. Thanks for a great night and the memories. The artichoke panzanella was delicious (thanks for the recommendation unnamed wonderful server) and my son loved the chicken Parm. We had a yummy chocolate dessert that my son said “tasted like summer at grandma’s house”. We were in and out but never felt rushed. The place was busy and energetic, but not overly noisy. A hard working manager was overseeing everything. A well-run establishment. Thanks Giulia!

    The entire experience was awesome. Food was fantastic and the atmosphere was also. We received our bread late but our waiter took that cost off the bill. Drink prices are high but the food prices are reasonable. We will be back.

    Homemade pasta to die for, authentic Napoli style wood fired pizza. Favorites were the pork bolognese, spicy seafood pasta, mushroom pizza and green tea gelato. Our server was attentive but not over-bearing. The Hotel Emery lobby where Guilia is located is jaw-droppingly beautiful. We had such a great dinner experience we returned for Sunday brunch. Don’t miss it! French toast and lobster Benedict were wonderful and a new espresso mascarpone pastry. Sooooo good!

    Food was served cold. Our table was placed in a separate room from the main dining area, which reduced the ambient noise, but also the attention of the waitress. Service therefore was slow and a bit sloppy. Drinks were watered down.

    Space is beautiful. Food was very underwhelming. Cacio e Pepe was very eggy and not cheesy. Shrimp felt warmed out of a frozen bag. Meal was hardly edible. My sister’s chicken was overcooked and dry. Dessert was listed as a panna cotta but we were served a mousse. This was all recommended by the server.

    I cut restaurants a lot of slack these days knowing how hard it is to find good help, however, our service was pretty dismal. Our server would disappear for long stretches at a time so that by the time our 3rd course arrived we still had plates from the first 2 courses on our table and our wine glasses had been empty for some time. The pasta arrived barely warm and was okay. I had eaten at Giulia when it first opened and was impressed, so I was looking forward to trying it again, but sadly, I won't be back.

    This is our 3rd time eating here and the food and service has always been good. Tried to call the restaurant for 3 days because we had a question about the reservation, but the phones were down. Literally no service. Ok, I get it...not much they can control here, but nonetheless frustrating. When we arrived, the waiter came over to take our drink order (3 red wines and a kids NA cocktail). We were ready to order our food also, but the waiter stopped us and said, "Let me get your drink order in real quick because the bar is busy, then I'll be right back to take your food order." He didn't come back for at least 10 minutes. We then ordered a Charcuterie Board ($32) and two Focaccia orders as an appetizer ($5 each). Fearing we might not see him again for a while, we also ordered our pasta dishes. We waited probably 25 minutes and finally our pasta showed up. I told the waiter, "We haven't even received our appetizers yet." He said, "Oh, sorry, I will obviously take them off the bill." Every other time the food and service has been wonderful, so this is where my 16 year old wanted to go for her 16th birthday. Needless to say the entire experience was less than special. Food was average this time around. Disappointed and not sure we will be back after this.
