    Giulietta Marche central : Grosses lacunes dans le service. Pas très professionnel. Je demande un chardonnay à la serveuse. Elle me demande lequel je veux : le cheap ou le plus cher? (!!!) Le busboy débarrasse les assiettes sans demander si on a terminé (alors que clairement ce n’était pas terminé). Après 3 fois, je lui fais le commentaire et il me répond qu’il ne peut pas commencer à demander à tous les clients s’ils ont terminé (!!!). Même chose pour payer la facture : il vient me voir à 3 reprises alors qu’une des personne avec qui je partage la facture est aux toilettes. Il manque clairement de formation au staff de service. C’était très désagréable.

    I received a call 5 minutes before my reservation telling me they were canceling it because they could not receive us… no explanation, not an offer to reschedule… just a quick sorry and they hung up … not impress

    Jessica the manager was simply amazing in every way made us feel so important the drinks and food terrific the rest of the staff young adorable friendly patient and polite definitely will be going back wonderful night great experience 10/10

    Pizza was fantastic . Calamari could have been more for $20 . Noise echos in restaurant as big open space , warehouse style so the sound resonates .

    Pizza would be a lot better if it wasn’t charred as much, some pieces even tasted burnt. Zucchini salad was amazing and service as well.

    Food was good but service horrible , don’t take time to listen to us … forgot half of the order and we asked the waitress she said she punched it and still 30 min after nothing. Poor experience overall

    If you know napolitain pizza and the way it’s supposed be and served up this is the spot to go brought back memories from my stay in Naples exactly the way it’s supposed be done and tastes the same ! This is not commercial pizza it’s authentic pizza so before you go read up on Napolitain pizza and the origins history and what goes into it and how it’s made !

    Food was fantastic, I had the gnocchi a la Montanara, some of the best gnocchi I’ve tried. Service was quick and professional. Even though they ran out of the lamb, the server quickly gave us options. Wine is expensive so we didn’t order some this time and single beer options were very thin and also expensive. We chose not to order their much talked about pizza which always tastes great but sometimes arrives with slightly over burnt crust. What we did order tasted great, was served super hot like I like it and with speedy but pleasant service. Sure, prices are high but it was a great evening with no disappointments. I would suggest turning up the temperature in winter as some of our guests were experiencing drafts sitting not far from the entrance, at the very least seal off the entrance area better. Also, the Habs were playing that night and yet the massive screen at the end of the restaurant was not playing anything throughout our dinner. Aside from the meal, my favourite part was walking into the theatre next door for “Dinner and a Movie” night, too bad the theatre wasn’t as clean as the restaurant…

    Pizza excellente;mais plusieurs clients autour de nous n’ont vraiment pas aimé le fait que les pizzas étaient trop brulées. Au moment de notre repas un groupe fêtait un 40e anniversaire ….avons dû attendre 45 minutes pour nos pizzas. Excuse que notre serveur(très serviable)nous a donnée. Et le GROS problème des plus désagréables ON GÈLE ……plusieurs clients mangeaient avec leur manteau sur le dos. La musique un peu trop fort. Donc expérience décevante.

    La nourriture n’est pas de bonne qualité. Rien à voir avec un restaurant italien. Les gnocchis goûtent le chef boyardee en canne. 100$ pour 2 personnes pour manger dans une cafétéria, non merci!

    Nous sommes allés chez Giulietta une première fois et la pizza était excellente! La deuxième fois bonne et la troisième vraiment ordinaire. La constance semble ne pas être leur point fort. Dommage!

    Disappointed upon arrival. 90% of the staff were not masked. Even when I asked 2 bus boys to get masked they were surprised by my request

    Service was very slow. The pizza was so oily it was giving me an upset stomach. It is terribly loud with voices that sound like seagulls screeching. It is not cheap for neither the quality or the portions. It’s unfortunate because I was hoping it would be my new hangout.

    Compare to previous visits prior pandemic, menu had a lot more options, although it was very good I found menu was much smaller in pasta choice than before.
