Designed by acclaimed architect Guido Costantino Projects, a beguiling interior sets the stage for a convivial family-style dining experience that honours traditional Italian fare while showcasing stand-out ingredients.
Original brick and beam frame this warm, welcoming space where no detail is left unconsidered. Copper, Italian wool & red oxidized steel accents interplay with blonde wood and terrazzo, creating a rich, textured environment as enticing as Chef Rossi’s menu offerings.

Had such great experience - we sat at the Chefs bar and shared 4 plates - all fantastic! Highly recommend - service was outstanding on all levels.

Our server Danielle was fantastic, Kim the sommelier that evening picked out 2 great wines for us! Was blown away at how perfect the meal was and we even skipped dessert!

Good food, but too crowded - wait staff standing between tables in too narrow space while serving table beside ours. Timing of food also needs work - four dishes dropped all at the same time is not good service
We visited for the first time on Friday. All of the dishes we ate were amazing. Service was great. Everyone was friendly. We will definitely be back.

The restaurant was very busy and we felt totally ignored.
Water was poured and then it took 25 minutes to be asked if we wanted a drink.
The meal service was also extremely slow.
We were very disappointed and decided to leave without having desert or coffee.
Unbelievable food, service, and ambiance. Had the steak Florentine and I can’t remember the last time I’ve had steak that delicious. Can’t wait to go back again. Sitting at the chef’s counter is also recommended

Had a splendid time here! Got to sit at the Chef's table so that was super exciting, the kitchen staff were all very busy but knew how to keep guests entertained. All super friendly and the FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE! Favourite was the grilled squid to start. You could really tell that it was fresh by its tenderness. Will definitely be coming back to try more of their menu!
Was expecting much more from this place, but nothing special, doubt will be back again. Quite boring spot with just OK Italian food.
We were sooo excited about this meal, but it was very disappointing. The service was very slow and food was underwhelming (except for one excellent agnolotti dish). The space is beautiful though and we loved the host.
We sat at the Chefs Bar, which is well worth the experience. Each cook (chef) was friendly, and watching the kitchen flow is inspiring. The chefs chose a few items for us based on their favorites and must-haves. So awesome. Get the pizza - the dough was thin and rich, and it held up beautifully to the spicy Keller, tomatoes, and dry sausage. Each course is well planned and skillfully executed. It’s spendy and completely worth it. Chef Rob and his team are very talented!

This restaurant exceeded all expectations from start to finish. We were thankfully seated at the chefs bar which provided us with the experience of interacting with the very friendly and talented chefs. The food handling and exceptionally clean work areas were very reassuring, particularly when ordering a raw dish like beef tartar. Chef Rossi, was very welcoming and even provided some recommendations for restaurants on my next trip to NYC! Would highly recommend to anyone, particularly if you get to sit at the chefs bar!
Beautifully designed restaurant. Food mediocre, not the best pasta in the city. Poor customer service, felt rushed out of our table, our reservation had been booked for other a month. Wouldn’t run back.
Date night, in Toronto from Edmonton. Had the most enjoyable dinner! The food was delicious, true Italian!!! Amazing wine list. Top notch service. Our server Chanel was amazing, she made our experience so enjoyable!! Will definitely come again! Highly recommend!!!
Food was yum but really salty and I loooove salt
We had an amazing experience At Giulietta. We loved sitting at the Chef counter. The food was delicious and everyone went the extra mile to make it a really nice evening for us. We will definitely be back and have already recomended to our friends.
The food was superb, the service attentive and the sommelier was very helpful. Grouper on lentils, octopus appetizer and the pork were standouts. Interior was cool and comfortable. The restaurant was really top notch and we would certainly return.
What an amazing dining experience! From the moment we walked in the staff made us feel welcome as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Chef Fabio and team were engaging and gave us cooking tips we could use at home. Our server Josh was extremely attentive and gave wonderful food suggestions. The sommelier was wonderful and provided us with a delicious flight of vermouth. We can’t wait to make our next reservation. Congratulations on your top 5 best new restaurant ranking across Canada!!
Been here on several occasions and everything was outstanding! The food this time was much saltier than previous visits so was a bit disappointed, as I had some first time diners with me.
Also some inappropriate action was happening at the front bar which eventually was dealt with my management.
Just a one off night but I’d still recommend and come back to dine. New items on the Fall menu good additions.
Chefs bar dining is definitely a treat!
My birthday- we wrote it in the reservation but it was never mentioned once. We were initially sat by the door it was freezing and so we had to move. Our pasta came cold and they did bring another one but we didn’t get to enjoy all the food together as we had hoped. I wanted hot chilies with my pizza and no one was around to ask and by the time we got them the pizza was no longer hot. The food was delicious and there were tons of servers who seemed to be around when you didn’t need them and nowhere to be found when you did. Overall an average dining experience. Would have been nice for them to recognize the birthday and also compensate for the pasta.

This was my second time. I loved it just as much as the first time. The service was excellent. I really loved the salad verse and the octopus was outstanding. I'm looking forward to going back very soon.
We had a great meal with a group of colleagues. The service was excellent, as was the food. Recommend the Porterhouse steak and the Negronis.
I dined at Giulietta on Monday October 15th with my daughter for a celebration of her birthday. It was her that chose the restaurant, neither of us having eaten there before. Upon entering, I found the staff very welcoming and they led me to our table right away. I was amazed at how busy the restaurant was for a Monday evening. It was at capacity! And I could soon see why. The food was outstanding. We shared plates and got to enjoy the Steak Tartare (!), Kale salad, Chestnut stuffed Agnolotti (!!), Pasta with calamari, shrimps and clams in a saffron/tomato sauce (!!), Brussels Sprouts with guanciale (!) with a lovely bottle of Barbera and an Arneis by the glass. I would make the reservation and run, not walk, to have a great meal. And, they offer corkage for those so inclined.
Amazing good. Love this place!!
