We often choose Giulietta when we want to have a special night out…and we had a lovely time. A beautiful wine list, yummy pasta, deliciously spicy pizza, and of course tiramisu to top it all off! Skyler, Orge (sorry if spelled incorrectly) and our sommelier were right on point. So friendly and so excellent in their role. Thank you! Look forward to the next time we dine there. Also loved out bar seats! ❤️

Excellent overall experience. Celebrated a 27th year wedding anniversary and enjoyed every minute. Food was exquisite, presentation and taste to perfection. Service outstanding, knowledgeable, timely and always there if/when required. Ambience--good but next time, we want to sit at the back where chefs are cooking in front of patrons for an even more memorable experience. Bravissimi- grazie e alla prossima ; )

Giulietta is one of the best restaurants in the city and has been for quite some time. I've frequented this spot for years now and always have a fantastic evening, no matter the occasion. The service, the food, the interior, the sounds; all contribute to making Giuletta what it is: a truly spectacular restaurant. I love this spot and will continue to go back until I can no longer afford to. The menu is on the pricier side. But if you're looking to celebrate a special occasion, like I did last evening for my moms 60th birthday, Giulietta will not disappoint.

Thomas was an excellent server! He was attentive, helpful and made our night!! Starting with the wine, the recommendation from Thomas was perfect. One of the best medium bodied red we’ve had in a while. We ordered a pizza and the broccolini to split to start and this was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had (our fave dish of the night)!! Followed but the cacio e pepe and the ragu to share - both phenomenal. We finished it off with the tiramisu which was out of this world. They brought it out with a candle to celebrate my partners birthday. What a perfect night! We’ve been singing Giulietta’s paise to our friends ever since :)

I just want to preface this by saying that our service and experience here was very nice. The hostess, Amanda, went above and beyond and the staff were great. I am not one to usually write reviews, however believe this case to be necessary for a restaurant of this standing, price-point, and difficulty in securing a reservation. I was at Giulietta this past Saturday, celebrating a special occasion. I had reviewed the online menu on their website which advertises a Porterhouse for $130 as the following: "BISTECCA alla FIORENTINA 130 , haldimand county porterhouse, rosemary, garlic & sea salt · per due" For a cut of meat of this price, I would expected an actual porterhouse, consisting of a new york strip and a tenderloin separated by the bone. The price point is pretty consistent with other porterhouse I have ordered from reputable Toronto steakhouses. I ordered the porterhouse based for what I saw on the online menu. The was not disputed by our server. I was served a bone-in new york strip.. basically half of a porterhouse, completely missing the filet portion, the more expensive and tender of the 2 cuts. Our experience otherwise was fine, however for the 9th ranked restaurant in Canada, I am disappointed in the inaccuracy of the menu compared to what I actually received. We were there for a special occasion and did not say anything to avoid making a scene. Our bill was not inexpensive and reflecting on it, i feel slighted and pretty upset after the whole experience. So just a word of caution for those thinking about ordering the $130 "porterhouse" .. just don't. Get something else or go to a steakhouse that serves a porterhouse as advertised.

Came here for an occasion. We sat at the chefs counter and it was nice watching the food be prepared. We had the calamari, prawn risotto, pork chop, roasted autumn squash, and the seasonal gelato. For drinks, we got the Sfumato and feature cocktail. The food was tasty except for the squash which looked pretty but was under seasoned. The cocktails were just average in taste and presentation which is unfortunate because they were both $25. For the price of everything, including a $3 charge for "tap water service", I expected more. I felt the service was curt and not in line with other restaurants in this price range. As an example, shortly after being seated we were advised to order appetizers and mains at the same time. I personally wouldn't go back as there are other options at this price point that really have that "wow" factor and service that goes the extra mile, but I recommend the pork chop and risotto if you ever find yourself here.

We went to celebrate a special occasion and they made it such an occasion! All the staff were super attentive, kind and welcoming. The food was so amazing and the wine was delicious. Will 100% be back. Was a bit worried about the counter seating and would’ve preferred a table, but it was actually really cool sitting at the chefs counter and quiet enough to talk comfortably. 10/10 experience!!

We have been to Giulietta several times and enjoyed it very much. This last time was not enjoyable. We brought our own bottle of wine as we often do. The wine was not decanted at the table. They took the wine abs decanted it elsewhere then brought it back to the table. Very bad. Our server mixed up our order and brought our salads and mains at the same time then blamed us for the mix up. The salad was wilted and soggy and flavourless. When we got the bill the somolier said she took the corsage fee off the bill however it was not taken off and she couldn’t do anything about it after we had paid already. I am reluctant to go back and it was amongst our favourite restaurants until last night.

Reservation process was offputting. Ended up with a res for a Monday at 6 pm. Restaurant called to make sure we would be out by 8:30. Best was desert. Wine not affordable. Other places to go.

Finally got to go here after trying for a very long time! Could only get bar seating though and only by setting an alert in open table. Drinks were great and bartenders were super nice. Had the burrata to start which was very good but could have used one more piece of toast in my opinion. My husband had the Branzino and he said it was one of the best he’s ever had. I had Cacio e Pepe which is my all time favourite pasta and have to order it if it’s on the menu. Unfortunately it wasn’t hot but warm enough that I didn’t want to send it back because then my husband would be eating alone. I didn’t mention it to anyone because what’s the point if I wasn’t going to send it back. The flavour was very good though. We also shared the cauliflower. I was skeptical about the anchovies as I don’t like them but this dish was the star for me!! Loved it! Mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary but no acknowledgement on the part of the restaurant. Was surprised and a little disappointed but enjoyed ourselves nonetheless. We would go back if we can ever get in again.

My experience in the restaurant was really gratifying and satisfactory in my expectations of a Michelin restaurant, starting from the distribution of the space as well as the lighting, we requested cocktails, appetizers, 2 main courses, a dessert and a bottle of wine that at the end of the recommendation of the sommelier became a good pairing, I appreciate the service of the person was very nice and his presence was also very assertive. 🇪🇨
