The staff did a great job accommodating my allergy restrictions. Unfortunately, the food was bland and hence hugely overpriced. The burger meat was chewy and had no flavor, the flatbread was equally mediocre - I wish I could give more positive feedback , because the location is great and the staff is nice, too..but given that there are so many better food options in Cambridge at the same price level, Glasshouse won’t be a preferred option anymore (their food quality was so much better before the pandemic!)

We visited this restaurant 3 years ago just before the pandemic. We were not impressed with the food for Dine Out Boston. We wanted to give them a 2nd chance 3 years later during Dine Out Boston. Unfortunately, we did not see any improvement. The foods were mediocre. Appetizers were really quickly served. The main dishes were served while we were still eating the appetizer. Are their regular dishes better than the dishes for Dine Out Boston? Some dishes for Dine Our Boston are still served regularly (e.g., chicken breast, risotto, steak frites).

We went to the Glass House for restaurant week. The servers were outstanding, and the food was delicious. The only drawback, and I had wondered about this before we went because of the restaurant name, is the noise level. It approaches deafening. We intend to go back to see if there is a quieter time.

The food was great, and the waiter was helpful. It was noisy. Probably because there was a 6-person holiday party next to us. THEN after our guest was seated, they decided to turn on a very large TV right behind us. Thankfully it was silent but very distracting.

Service and food were fantastic. Several of us had the burrata with a protein side and all were delicious. Clam chowder got two thumbs up from our party as well. Service was attentive and food arrived quickly.

The pretzel with cheese was quite good, but our entrees (vegetable risotto and steak and frites) were just okay. Not worth the price. Drinks were good.

Parking next-door was so easy and only $10, the restaurant was bright and clean and not noisy. The food was delicious the service was great the drinks were good I will go back for sure. Four people for $250, great value

I have had dinner at this restaurant 3 times over the last couple of months. The food quality is consistent. The waitresses and the servers are exceptionally hospitable. They are fortunate to have waitresses like Susanne and Aisling as they add to the overall wonderful dining experience.

Nice variety of food and loved the cocktails (spicy berry !margarita ) It was quiet and had a nice table not surrounded by others. A lovely evening to celebrate a friend’s birthday (after kayaking at paddle Boston right there. )😊👍🏻

Service is always painfully slow. Servers kept passing us by. It took 20 minutes to get water and another 20 minutes for our cocktails. Same experience as last time we were there; only this time it wasn’t busy. We come back because the food is really good.

LOVED IT! Food was delicious and great portions. Service was swift. All the walls are glass windows so its a bit cold inside in the winter but I can imagine its gorgeous in the summer when they open all the doors/windows!

great dining option for the restaurant week, every dish was extraordinary, and the best thing about it was that it had various choices rather than cliche course menu options. The only reason I'm taking off one star is the service; it took a long long time for our server to take our orders and the servers rarely checked the tables in the separate room.

We had a lovely time at the Glass House. We had intended to eat on the igloo, however the party before us ran long and we chose rather to wait for the igloo to settle for indoor dining. The staff was lovely. The food - all good - but not memorable.

The service was some of the worst service i have ever experienced. We were never greeted by our server and every time we needed something it took at least 20 minutes for anyone to come to us.

Visited for the first time and liked the decor. Very contemporary design with steel and wood trims. Tall ceiling and lots of windows and glass. Space is divided though into two areas- an open bar and a closed-in dining room. The dining-room feels almost like a smoking lounge at the airport because you can see out through all the windows, but you have no sense of the energy from the bar where it is open. Food was great although lobster roll was overpriced at $30 considering it’s still a bar. Waitress was awesome. Not sure we’d make a conscious effort to revisit, but the food was indeed really good.

Menu seemed like an odd mix of options and server seemed to rush us, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The food was overall good, though, and a great selection of draft beer.

We had a lovely family dinner - four adults and two kids. Our youngest member ordered from the children's menu and loved his pizza. Our 8 year old ordered from the regular menu and loved her meal.

We had a very nice meal at the Glass House. My friend and I were first seated in an echoey larger room with several big tables, with large parties, right in the middle of the room. There were a number of other tables in a smaller room off to the side, so I asked if we could sit there instead. Once seated we were comfortable, and the atmosphere was more intimate and we could hold a conversation. There were a lot of good options on the menu, but we both chose the charred octopus dinner. It was delicious. My plate arrived and it was rather cold, so I asked the waiter if it could be warmed up. They brought me a new one. We also had the roasted Brussel sprouts side, which had bacon and was very tasty. I had the "Pick Your Passion" cocktail, which is a concoction of gin and chartreuse, which was delicious. Our waiter was great, he was friendly, and the service was excellent. I would recommend the glass house. If we had not spoken up about the location of our table, or the cold food, the experience would not have been so nice.

I've been to this restaurant many times, always had great service. This one occasion service was lacking, waited 10 mins before getting water and then rarely saw our server. During work lunch, need to keep the pace moving and get out w/in an hour or so - spent alot of timing looking for our server to get boxes and check.
