Not sure why the Glasshouse is on Open Table considering this is a cafeteria style service at best. We had a reservation and if the place had been filled with people who do not have reservations would they have asked some to leave to meet our needs. The food was good but slightly over priced.

Very disappointed. . The menu did not have many choices .and the quality was not there . so sad because I have been there before and the menu was unique the food quality was superior. . Very sad

Terrible service and terrible food. Took forever to be served. OJ was served in a dirty glass. When food came I could not eat it. When I sent my meal back (undercooked bacon, dry brioche that was impossible to cut with a knife and undercooked eggs) I was asked if I wanted a replacement meal-granola and yogurt. But... the sever informed me... they would have to charge me for this. I will not be back. And....No decaf coffee at brunch time. ( only decaf Americano

New menu isn't as good as the old one, also the meal had too much salt. Service was excellent as always. I think some more variety on the menu and some less exotic items would be good, for example no Cornish game hen instead have chicken or salmon as options.

The menu is far too sparse ... really only two sandwich choices and one pasta for lunch? The Bacon and Tomato sandwich is poor ... the bread is too thick and the bacon under done and way too fatty. They missed putting the pickle on my sandwich ... only two items for the kitchen to put out and they get it wrong. Very disappointing. Will not return.

We went for Father's Day. Food was nice, but could have been slightly hotter and the eggs were poached just a bit too long. Not enough to complain, but noticeable. The server with the dreadlocks walked around and gave the other tables coffee refills, but skipped ours. Twice. I was beginning to think we did something wrong. Good vegetarian options, good gluten-free options, but for someone who is both, as my niece is, it was a struggle to make it work. My complaints are minor, and the potatoes were excellent. I would definitely recommend.

4 of us went on a quiet Friday_only 6 tables filled. The first 2 choices of one guest were unavailable! The service was terrible and not a great wine selection. I have been several times with a larger group and bkamed the poor service then to that fact but wanted to give it a chance eith just 4 for dinner. Add to that the fact that it was pricey. Never again!

I can easily recommend the Glasshouse Bistro & Cafe in St Albert. Since the Enjoy Centre opened there have been several occassions when I have dined in the Bistro and cafe with friends, relatives and my two young grandchildren. The food and drink including white wine tastes excellent, fresh and varied. The atmosphere and view is relaxing and comfortable. I have found the staff and service to be helpful, tinely and friendly. Having resided in St Albert for a number of years I appreciate having such a wonderful interesting venue to meet friends and relatives for lunch or dinner; and to stop in when shopping at the Centre. Menu was very underwhelming, no variety. I'm not entirely sure how a restaurant runs out of food items so early on a Sunday. Substitutions were made for the corn cakes meal without notifying the patrons eating them. For a quiet restaurant, the wait staff shouldn't have to be prompted for coffee refills.

The menu is too small, not enough variety. Server couldnt tell us about a couple ingredients on menu and didn't know what white wine to recommended that was a dry white.

Food menu was very limited. It would be nice to see more options and especially gf options. Everyone was very nice. But did end up waiting to b seated and waiting to pay the bill. I definately reccomend this place. Beautiful atmosphere.

Only 2 choices of each course on menu & nothing vegetarian. Risotto was dreadful. Unpleasant flavour & gummy consistency. Husbands meal was fine.

Even though the staff were excellence the food was cold - even though the plate maybe have been warm the food was cold so the believe would be that meals were pre plated and in some kind of warming oven. The food was also tasteless.

My mom, daughter-in-law and I had brunch before the Enjoy Centre presented their Christmas how-to demos. The restaurant is inside the Enjoy Centre and is beautiful. So airy and bright! The food is very tasty and nicely presented. We had the corn cakes and the dish with veggies and feta. Service was pretty good. Our goal is to eventually try everything on the menu!

We went on Tapas Thursday, great idea, execution was average. The only option for supper was the preset Tapas which included 2 salads, a tomato, leek & chickpea soup, pear and brie on bread and penne bolognese. The pasta & bread were delicious!! However the soup just missed the point. If the soup been puréed it would have been fantastic; however, there were long stings of leek and a weird semi chunky texture. It would have been better if the soup was a cream base or something other than tomato base- there was just too much tomato and it enough variety between the pasta and soup. I also felt like the two salads were a bit of a cop out, it would have been nice to see something a little different. We had the panacotta for dessert and it was delicious! Our server was great and the place is beautiful. Great idea, but some more options would be encouraged.
