   Wednesday was ‘wings night’, so the menus was more limited, but the fried chicken sandwich was great. Staff and patrons were very friendly - gives the place a nice community feel.

    We had a reservation, no one greeted us when we walked in so we just took a seat anywhere since the place was empty anyway (maybe two tables occupied). We sat and waited and waited and nothing. The server was walking around, not really doing anything and the bartender was deep in convo with someone at the bar. After a long while with no one acknowledging we were there, we went to fogo de chao. The place doesn’t look like the pics and maybe i came at a bad time, 7:30pm on a Saturday must not be their rush hour.

    We came for Sunday brunch. It took us awhile to get seated but they were very busy! Once we sat down we started with mimosas. We all ordered the cat fish, mac n cheese and greens. The food was AMAZING!! the service was good and it was a fun environment with all of our early 2000 jams! We will definitely be back!

    Long wait at the door. Our First time there, was given cards to make food choices however nothing was explained to us so we sat thinking a waitress would take our order. Our original waitress disappeared another one asked if we had a pen and that is how we discovered how to order. Once we ordered food came out quickly. Food was good. I had the chicken and waffles, the only thing not good to me were the waffles, they were dense and tasted like cinnamon roll I like a nice soft waffle. Daughter had the catfish, greens, macaroni and breakfast potatoes all good to me daughter felt the greens could use more seasoning. I will definitely go back for the fish n macaroni. For brunch I expected a different environment but it was a full blown club people twerking with their full bums out. Dj played pretty much all old rap. We went for my daughters b-day brunch but it will be my last time. I usually go to Union rooftop, more classy to me.

    My daughter and I usually visit Gold Room Restaurant and Lounge once or twice a month for their Sunday brunch. The atmosphere is so chill until 3 pm.. that’s when the rich aunties come out and have fun. The Gold Room Restaurant and Lounge is one of my favorite places to go to.

    Had a party at the GoldRoom in GA and we went up!!! The just didn’t have food so the owner told us about the one in Minnesota so looked it t up and reserved a table. Get to the GR the man at the door told us to sit anywhere so we did we sat at a booth. Reservations was at 9pm on a Friday which I was told it wasn’t the busy night which was okay because ATL GR had already impressed me with the party vibe I wanted the food. Get there about 8:50p waitress come over about 9:15p we order the deviled eggs and the Jay+Bey. 9:35ish she brings the eggs which was gross btw and we order our food which was the wings lemon pepper hot and buffalo shrimp I told her all drums for 2.00 more I was okay with that.9:55p she comes and say she has to put the rest of my food in a to go box because the club opens at 10p. I requested to talk to the manager let her know we came over from Nashville to visit the club just to be told my food has to packed up and my order wasn’t placed til 9:45ish she informed us to enjoy our food we was fine in the area. 10:15p the waitress comes back and says our food is coming but they didn’t do all drums. I still don’t understand why she thought that was ok when that issue should have never left the kitchen! So I had to wait longer for my order to be corrected just for them to have the wrong sauce on them. I told her don’t worry about it at this point. Food wasn’t good maybe I was suppose to go during the brunch hour. Dj played Drake ALL DAMN NIGHT!!! You would’ve thought he was there! The stop was very empty and I was told that would be it night but a group comes in a large group and this guy comes over to us and tells us to move mind you there is a large booth open to the right but you want us to move OKAY! I explained to him we spoke with the manager about the section I mean if we had to buy a bottle just say that don’t come just put us out especially when it’s other booths open. Killer part is they moved to the big booth anyway. We just left!

    Dj played old music. We were also kicked out of our booth after about an hr and a half. Stayed around for a bit and realized they never sat anyone in the booth that they kicked us out of. Def wont be returning. Too many bad experiences here in the past and this’ll be the last

    I understand this business is more nightclub than restaurant, and it seems the waiters are more familiar with that clientele. The food itself was incredible. I had the shrimp chicken pineapple and my partner had the shrimp tacos. She proclaimed they were the best she ever had, and Shrimp tacos are a go to for her whenever we travel to the coasts. The pineapple dish was presented so well and was such a wonderful delight to eat. The shrimp deviled eggs were something to eat as well. Disappointments were there were no fried green tomatoes available nor sambusa. I understand supply chain issues. Wait staff was not well trained for food service. They were friendly and helpful but we waited very long to get seated as no one was at the hostess stand for 5-10?minutes. We had long waits for our food and were not checked on even after we got it. Lots of waiting for our server, which was not a serious problem as we set aside two hours from our reservation to our show. If the front house service could catch up to the back house dishes, this would be a frequent stop for us. And tone down the music during the dinner time. It was hard to hear the waiters at times. No need to shout until the dancing starts. So close to greatness. I used to work in the bar and restaurant business as a service trainer. Two hours with the wait staff is all it would take to make this a go to place for dinner downtown.

    I love the GoldRoom. It is always a good time. The food has never disappointed! I am bummed they took the chicken and biscuits off their menu, but still plenty of delicious options. The servers are always friendly and helpful. The vibes are great and music is great! This is my favorite Sunday Funday spot! If you’re looking for a more relaxed brunch, make your reservations earlier in the day, if you’re looking for an energetic/lit brunch, later in the day is perfect! Highly recommend!

    Reservation at 1:15 didn't receive food til 3pm. Said our ticket was lost. Then didn't receive our food all at once. Some food was cold. Manager stated we will receive 50% off our bill of 4. Only received 25%. And a round of drinks. Most likely will not return

    I had the Shrimp&Grits which were so creamy and savory! Perfect! My companions had the Chicken&Waffles which they also enjoyed. When I say our server was so attentive... And, of course, the Bottomless Mimosas!! Altogether, an immensely enjoyable occasion. Thank you 😊
