Tried this place on a whim because we were in the area and definitely will be going back. The Alabama Catfish is outstanding, so are the oyster sliders.

Had the redfish. Good portion, very fresh. Liked the way it was prepared...except the smoke flavor was just a little too much...and I like smoked foods. Red beans and rice were good. Gumbo was great. Service was awesome (Dawn). I will be back...many more menu items I'd like to try.

Great service. Food was ok. Not a lot of flavor. The gumbo, garlic bread app, and smoked fish dip app were bland. Redfish on the half shell was great! Service was amazing!

Our party of six had a great time with great food and super service. Two of us arrived early for happy hour at the bar and was not disappointed. Margaritas were delicious and oysters fresh and tasty. Hostess was very nice and worked hard to accommodate our desired seating location. Our server, Victoria, was excellent. She was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Top notch service. Ask for her. Food is excellent! Very fresh! Shrimp salad is great with lots of shrimp. Fried platters are large with light battering. Victoria recommended the banana pudding for dessert and it was the best we’ve had.

The food was horrible! It was unseasoned and overpriced. I ordered catfish and received swai fish they were passing off as catfish. The portion size is very small. I was very disappointed and will not return nor will I suggest this restaurant to anyone. The drinks were horrible too. After about two sips, the drink no longer had any flavor. Again, I was very disappointed.

We enjoyed another evening at Goode’s Fish Camp. The food was delicious as always. We have never eaten anything that wasn’t delicious. Our waitperson was Heather who was very efficient and professional.

My husband and are I going to be regulars here. We wish there was one closer to us in Cypress. The food is amazing. we haven’t gotten anything that wasn’t delicious. The fresh oysters, while a little pricey, totally worth it due to the quality and the setup that it comes with!

Valentines dinner was very delicious. We sat outside because the weather was beautiful. Unfortunately the patio isn’t as nice as the cantina patio next door but it is pet friendly which is cool for pet owners. The food was absolutely delicious there! The only complaint I can come up with was the price for the meals with no sides is a little ridiculous. And the most expensive appetizer which was the deviled gulf crab it was only one crab. However, it was DELICIOUS! and I would totally order it again.

This was my first visit to Goode Co. Fish Camp. The service was fine; however, the food was not anything that stood out to me especially for high prices. The hand cut fries were good once I returned them and got a hot fresh order. I typically like Goode Co. desserts; however, the chocolate pie was not sweet, the cream filling did not taste like chocolate and the pie crust had no taste. There are so many restaurants in The Woodlands that it will likely be a while before I return.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our first experience here and we will be back. The fresh oysters were amazing, my husbands fresh catch was superb, I think it was called golden tilefish and if you like the texture of crab and lobster you will love this fish.

Service and food were excellent. We had oysters on the half shell. They were great with the numerous sauces. I had the fried oysters and shrimp combo over a bed of French fries and side of coleslaw. All were very good. My wife had the hamburger with cheese and fries. It first came out medium and she ordered it well done. They took it back and made it right but since they took extra time, they comped it. Amy, the manager came by several times to check on us. The others in our group had Redfish On The Half Shell and Texas striped bass. Both dishes were delicious. We also shared the crab fried rice. It was delicious.

This was our first time eating here, but after years of enjoying other Goode Co. restaurants, we had high expectations. We were not disappointed! Wonderful fresh fish (redfish and Texas striped bass) prepared in interesting ways, with delicious sides (crispy Brussels sprouts and the red beans and rice). Do not miss the boudin appetizer! Key lime pie? YUM. Our server was friendly and efficient, and knew the menu well! Casual but upscale (is that possible? Yes!) and fine for families. We will definitely be back!

Good spot for fresh oysters and fish. I had the Texas bass parmesan crusted which was excellent. My husband had the Mahi Mahi, I had a bite, and it too was delicious. This was our second time here and we'll defiantly be back!

Enjoyed everything. We were greeted by and checked on by the manager when we arrived and during our dinner. Heather was our waitress and she was great! This was our first time there and she told us the story about the owner growing up and going camping/fishing as well as how the decor he chose and is from his fish camp. Food was delicious, best gumbo I’ve ever had! We’ll be back soon.

We love going to Goode Co. Fishcamp! Service is always fantastic. We’ve seen managers helping their waitstaff every time we’ve been there and appreciate that everyone pitches in and makes it their job to insure you have an enjoyable experience. Heather was our waitress today. She was kind and efficient. Food is always fantastic, fresh and delicious. This is one of our favorite spots in The Woodlands.

We enjoyed Fish Camp. Ambiance is a cross between a diner and a get away seafood shack, it’s very pleasant and kid friendly. The food is simple and delicious but nothing extraordinary. The catfish beignets are marinated and fried catfish nuggets (not catfish inside a beignet) and delicious. The garlic bread and especially the smoked fish dip were wonderful! The fried fish platter was plentiful and good. Multiple people agreed the shrimp was the best on the platter b/c it had a salty, seafood taste to it. The redfish on the half shell was simply prepared, perfectly cooked and delicious. The drinks were wonderful and service was excellent. Overall a little pricey for the simple food, but it was good and we would recommend it.
