One of the best burgers (and pasta) I had in the neighborhood! Dishes may take a while to arrive especially in peak hours so make sure all items in the order actually go thru in the first place!

Good food and great service here. It has more of a cafe atmosphere to me. We tried the Shrimp and Grits, the Hamburger and 2 piece chicken. All were good and we enjoyed the evening there. It is at the corner of the Georgetown Square.

Jared, the assistant GM, and Shana, our server, could not have done more to make the dining a pleasant experience; i have to follow a special diet, tough for all restaurants, vegan, no oils or fats, and they followed it perfectly. I did stop in earlier in the day to be sure they could accommodate before making reservations. We ALL liked our food- we had salads & small side of oil free stir-fried rice. We will return- yet they need to get NA beer for my spouse!

Customer service was amazing, food was fresh and scenery is very romantic and comfortable. Tables are not tightly packed so other conversations weren’t a bother for us. Overall taste of food was okay , I think most of the price is really based on the scenery….Parking is limited so be prepared for a walk

My only complaint was there was no salt or pepper or ketchup on the table and there was no butter on the pancakes. There was no jelly for toast. By the time our server stopped by to see if we needed anything, all of it was cold.

Good place to eat locally, southern style menu with very friendly staff. The place is always very noise and energetic, that can be a good or bad thing depending if you have a little or are just looking for something quiet.

2 pc dark Chicken was over salted and tasted as if it was cooked in torched oil. The fries were undercooked. But the Mac and cheese was solid as was the esquites.

We ordered dishes from throughout the menu and enjoyed them all. The selection was wide and interesting...not just the every day, but unique preparations. The service was also great. Goodfolks is a welcome addition to the Georgetown Square and a place we will visit again.

Dinner just after the busy crowd was great, as usual! Ordered and enjoyed the Brussels sprouts appetizer and fried chicken salad. Both are consistently good. Our beverages were refilled in a timely manner. Service was impeccable, and every time we go, staff members are very friendly, attentive, and helpful! I will always go back. I recommend going!

It was very loud. No music just the acoustics of everyone talking. It was average customer flow but for some reason out table was overlooked. We were seated and got our food and drinks and that was the end of our service. My salad came out wilted and no one ever came back so I didn’t get to eat. When I mentioned it they wanted to discount me instead of take the salad off (I didn’t get to eat it at all). A $15 salad that maybe sat under a heat lamp, had no crunch or sign of freshness. The water glasses are small so I was very thirsty because no one came back to service us. I tipped but really shouldn’t have.

The food was great. Might need to work on the scrambled eggs. They need to be fluffier. They were very flat and no seasoning. The chicken was outstanding. The service was GREAT. The acoustics were not very good. It was a very loud place. I will go back because of the service and food.

Best chicken tenders with perfect breading and large portions. I rated the noise level moderate, but iris louder than normal which is nice. Each table has their privacy because of the hum of activity and conversation.

Amazing food. Only issue is how loud. Make sure if you are sensory or have issues with loud noises due to openness, to plan accordingly. Our son is autistic and he wears he noice canceling headphones and is able to enjoy. Also the Sunday menu is different then m-sat menu. Sunday is a brunch compared to the full menu. Overall great food and great service.

The location is stunning! Definitely a spot to take cute photos by yourself or with friends & family. The service was super fast and the workers were polite. I highly recommend reserving a table, especially during dinner time. Also, try to find a parking spot a bit earlier than your reservation. It can get super packed in that area. The sausage and shrimp etouffe was delicious and the lavender lemonade was perfect for the hot Texas heat. Definitely going to try other options on the menu because everything I saw looked delicious.

Waited at the front for 10 minutes before anyone came up to check us in and seat us. Many staff walked by and noticed us, none of them acknowledged that we were waiting to be seated. Waited another 15 minutes before anyone came to our table to ask about drinks. We were ready to order, but our server walked away as soon as she heard our drink order. Waited another 10 minutes before drinks were brought over, and a few more before our orders were taken. Finally about 30 minutes later we got our food. It tasted great! Food was good Service was so slow and inefficient. The place wasn’t full or overcrowded. It shouldn’t have taken us over an hour to just eat and go. If you have 1-2 hours to spend for lunch, go for it.
