Wonderful experience celebrating a birthday and new job. Staff was attentive and friendly. KC strip was HUGE (could have served 2). Beef Wellington was as delicious as to be expected. We split a Caesar salad and the addictive truffle fingerling potatoes. Ended the meal with the chocolate crème de pot. Truly special meal worth indulging in. Great place to celebrate a special occasion.

This place is amazing!!! I would give it ten stars if I could. The servers are welcoming, kind and extremely patient. I would eat here once a week if I could. Thank you Gordon Ramsay for bringing a world class restaurant to Kansas City.

Website said to dress smart and we made that effort. Then sat next to someone in jeans, t-shirt and a ball cap. Website should be updated or dress code enforced. Waiter spoke way too fast to understand him and the music was loud enough we had to ask him to keep repeating himself. The food was delicious and worth the wait.

The food was delicious, as usual. The waiter was attentive just enough, available when needed but not constantly bugging us. The restaurant is beautiful although the huge picture of Ramsey with folded arms looking at me eating was a bit much. 😃The ONLY complaint I have is the prices are somewhat steep, even for a good steak. 🥩

I felt the service was good, however the steak I received had no flavor…how can a high quality piece of meat have no flavor??? I spent $300 plus dollars and left feeling disappointed.

Food and drinks were excellent, service, though nice and personable, was very slow. We had tables sit down after us that left before us and ruined any after dinner plans eventhough our reservation was at 5:45. Expensive but would have overlooked that had it not taken 2 1/2 hours.

We tried the Lobster Risotto and it was divine. The Braised Short Rib was insanely tender and the 20 oz. Ribeye was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had.

The food was amazing!!! It's worth the money! I got the American Fillet. That steak just melted into my mouth. I haven't tasted a stake so soft and delicious. My husband got the lamb chops. He was too amazed by it! Our waitress was great! And the waiter that would bring us water did not Missed a beat. Over all my experience was the best of the best. I 100% recommend! I will return with the whole family next time.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The dishes we ordered were absolutely perfect. I could not have had a more perfect meal unless Chef Ramsay himself had been there. All in all, I will be highly recommending this restaurant to anyone who travels to Kansas City.

Pork belly appetizer was tough and lacked flavor. The steak I wanted was out of stock. The ribeye was tender, but lacked flavor. The baked potato with Gouda was very good. The service was great. Overall, I won't be going back. Dinner with the tip was nearly $400, and definitely not worth it.

My wife and I had a reservation for 7:00pm on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Gorden Ramsey Steakhouse at Harrahs in Kansas City, Missouri. We arrived promptly at 7:00pm and after confirming our reservation, we were escorted to a room in the back of the restaurant, passed two rooms that had several vacant tables. Upon being seated, we made our order, and received tea, Cesar salad and two rolls. After waiting for over an hour with no main dish and having loud party sitting behind us, lots of drinking at that table, and with the waitress keep telling us”it won’t be much longer” we were aware that they forgot about our order, so we left after paying $64 for what we had received. We were really looking forward to this restaurant and drove over five hours to get there. We left without a good dining experience and most probably will not be back to Gorden Ramsey Steakhouse in Kansas City, Missouri.

The food was outstanding. My beef wellington was cooked and flavored perfectly. The highlight of the meal was dessert. The sticky toffee pudding was one of the most delicious desserts I have ever eaten. Be ready to spend some money especially if you pair your food with a specialty cocktail or two. But it was worth every dollar.
