   Amazing food but terrible service. We only saw the server when he took the drink and appetizer order. We had to flag him down to order dinner, additional drinks and to pay the bill.

   Obviously the experience is awesome, especially with the digital tables. Although I don’t think they’ve updated the tables since they launched, besides maybe adding 2048 to it. I find the service to be lacking at times especially when busy, but that’s as expected. Food is reasonable, but the price isn’t necessarily. Still enjoyed and would recommend going.

   Hostess was very friendly for a first impression. Food and drinks were amazing! The whole experience was ruined by bad service.the bartender was clearly annoyed with every request. And was bluntly rude on multiple occasions.

    Service was very poor. Took over 30 mins just to get drinks and an hour and half to get our food. Not all tables are interactive which isn't mentioned on the website. This was the whole reason we wanted to try this place and we didn't get an interactive table. Food and drinks are pricey but the food was delicious. We will not be going back.

    Slainte!!, twas grand. Had a brilliant fodder for St. Pad's. Fecking amazing with great craic. Now in Canadian: the food was great, the electric table made the very short wait time fun, they accommodated us coming earlier than our reservation, our server Cash was so friendly and helpful. It was a great night. Highly recommend.

    I have been to graffiti market several times. Love the food and the atmosphere and previously I have had some great wait staff. However the last 3 times I have gone, we have had the same waiter and he has been terrible all 3 times. Waiting over 15 minutes before even saying hello, mixing up orders, bringing wrong drinks, charging things wrong, not checking on us, asking for the bill and after 10 minutes reminding him we need the bill…. Just overall terrible experience with this guy. Future would request not to be in his section

    The 3 of us ordered the Southwest blackened chicken salad. One of the salads was considerably smaller and had less chicken and portions from the other two. It was delicious but definitely one of the three salads was not as plentiful as the others. The flavor was excellent and our server was personable and attentive.

    We had reservations for 8:30 we had requested a interactive table and were sat at a high top when I enquired the person at the front said he would be back and disappeared and we had to ask another staff member for help once seated the service was prompt to take our order however they forgot about our food and we didn’t receive it until just before 10pm needless to say not the best experience at Graffiti Market I’m sure it wasn’t on purpose it was just a really long time to wait for food with very little updates once it arrived it came all at once appetizers and main meal hopefully the next time won’t be like that I think what bothered me the most is people around us that came after ate and left before we saw anything.

    Food took an hour and the waitress was nowhere to be seen until the food finally came, and she tried to make it sound like it’s a good thing we waited so long. I think she forgot to put our order in because we didn’t get our food until the entire restaurant emptied out. Then 5 minutes after our food arrives she came to let us know it’s last call and asked if we wanted dessert?

    Food is always very good here! My friend loved her braised beef noodles and I had the prochetta burger. Our server Michael was wonderful, personable and attentive. He surprised my friend with a birthday dessert and she was absolutely delighted. A lovely afternoon.

    Our favourite restaurant to visit in Kitchener. We take our family here every time we’re in the area. Great food and beer, and great service, as well as fun tables that the kids love.

    Made a reservation for 8pm.. seated and waited nearly 20 min for a sever to come to our table .. waited another 40 min for kids food and appetizers .. we had to go find out server to ask about our food .. manager took care of kids food but not the appetizers .. bathrooms needed to be cleaned.. tables and atmosphere was cool but overall not worth it and not going back

    Been here a few times and always had a great experience. It gets super busy so always good to book a reservation in advance. We come for the interactive tables which are always a delight. Food is fantastic, a lot of gluten free options available as well. We came here last night recently for Valentine's Day and had a great date night. Unfortunately we weren't able to participate in their V-day special menu because they didn't have any gluten free options added on there but we picked from the main menu and paid about the same price. Food is on the more expensive side but I promise you it's amazing and they have a little something for everyone to enjoy, the portions are also great and you really get the best bang for your buck! My only critiques are that when the place gets super busy you will have a bit of a wait despite reservation times and the interactive tables a lot of them need refurnishing. The booths are starting to crack up on the seats and the tables have scratches and rough patches from use so the tables may not pick up your inputs when you try to tap on something. I was a bit disappointed that they turned off their ordering feature and camera features as well on the tables last night as those are also a big feature. All in all a great time and I would recommend this place to anyone.

    I bought sweet potato fries as an appetizer for $11.00 expecting a decent sized plate of fries, and got a tiny little side ramekin of fries. It literally would have worked out to around $0.50 per fry. We love Grafitti market for the tables, but my goodness I was unimpressed with the cost of the food vs what I actually got. When I asked the server, “Those fries were $11.00?!” He just kind of went 🤷🏻‍♀️.
