The Horticulture Building was built in 1907 for the CNE by G.W. Gouinlock – now home to the Toronto Event Centre. The heritage landmark juxtaposes Toronto’s classical charm with a post-modern twist, crowned by a 60-foot-high crystal dome. Situated in the heart of Exhibition Place at Saskatchewan Road and Princes’ Boulevard, Grand Bizarre is ready to serve you.

Food tasted great, good music, fun night. Just be careful not all food items are worth the money.

Wasn’t able to get into venue till 930, don’t tell people 9 if you can’t be ready for 9 Reservation for 3, only had a table for 2 with 2 settings, server took a chair from another table, not enough room for 3 people. Server lied to us about vodka available said only the most expensive was available. Went to order at the bar ourselves and iceberg vodka was available there. After calling her out for lying never saw her again for the night, continued to buy our drinks at the bar. Food was great, visually appealing atmosphere. Would attend again but with lowered expectations.

I had read the reviews going in so luckily my expectations were managed. I knew the food would be pretty basic even though they advertise that they are "food purveyors." The entertainment was great but didn't start until much later than I would have expected (10:45pm when you are sat at 9pm). I was ready to leave by about 10:30pm but luckily stayed long enough to see the dancers and acrobats which certainly was the main event. Maybe just go for drinks and desert if you are going?

Really enjoyed the experience. It was different that the usual dinner entertainment. The food was just ok. Not outstanding, like the service and entertainment. That’s the only thing you fell down in. I would also suggest live entertainment could be more interactive with the audience, especially those sitting in the back

Horrible. The food was disgusting and overpriced. There are literally only like 3 places to order food from. They were out of cheese cake and the ice cream machine was not working properly. There were also like 20 people on a Saturday night so it was boring af.

Good venue, decent food choices, but don't expect a lot. Expect to spend Atleast $50/per person if you want to drink anything. Otherwise $30/per person on decent amount of food. Here's an example of how it works, $30 for 10 chips (in house money) 4 chips for poutine 2 chips for 1 taco 3 chips for cheesecake Drinks range from $9-$12 which is normal (chips can't be used on drinks) Overall, good experience, worth a try if you are on the fence.

We made reservations for 8pm and ended up waiting with everyone else for at least 30 mins until we got seated (this was the first seating time so they weren't waiting for people to leave before placing is.) Waiter was way to on top of us, hadn't even sat down yet. Service wasn't great and neither was the $65 craft sangria and got charged a gratius fee of 30%. The poker chip concept was interesting, food was amazing and presentation. They had a live dj. Though I was under the impression, from a Toronto blog post acrobats would preform but only saw a few ladies in costumes bring out bottles. All in all it was just okay. Id be willing to give it another chance.

At a point when Bizarre has its staff and facilities organized more fully, I would be happy to reconsider recommending it. What should have been a distinct and delightful experience, especially given the number of welcoming interactions early in our experience, was marred by confused staff, long waits and mixed ambience. Although the website didn’t mention it and I did get a detailed and friendly preparation phone call before we arrived, part of the patio and the pool were closed. The patio was advertised as offering great views, but I failed to see them. We also faced a seemingly unnecessary metal detector line-up and then an uncomfortable wait in a crowded and disorganized lobby area, despite arriving on time for our reservation. It was an hour after our reservation time by the time that we were seated. Although we had a lovely tour by an enthusiastic host and had very engaging staff initially, we waited another hour or longer for our very first drink order, to be told only when we complained to a different staff member that the bar orders were backed up and eventually had to find our way to the bar beside our table that seemed to have lots of capacity to get our drinks. DJ was awesome and the space had pretty decor, but still felt a bit like a convention hall that was decorated for an event. Food was good, but insufficiently varied, especially for gluten free options. I would suggest waiting to go until the problems with this venue are sorted.

This place has the potential to be amazing. Firstly, it would be better to book earlier in the evening. I booked this place for 10pm only to be sitting on a couch with a low table and no cutlery. Secondly, this chip system is a great idea, again, if you're going early. You spend $52.00 as a deposit that could go towards your end of the night bill (which, again, happens if you go early), or you could convert your deposit into chips. I got 14 chips, but the discrepancy was if you spend around $49 in cash you'd get 15 chips. So not only did I get 1 chip less, I lost $3. Service was good from the vendors and staff, but it sorely lacked real variety. No dairy free options for dessert, and I think if I'm spending that kind of money, there should be something for me. Grand Bizarre is not one of those places where you're going to have dinner or plan a huge meal. It's better for snacks, hanging out, and a few drinks. Again, the potential for this place is great, and you'd have a good time if you heed my advice!

I’m not liking the chip system at all, it just makes it more complicated, and it sucks how if you dont spend all your chips that your can’t get a refund, i get that u can use them if you come back but if You didn’t like the experience then you wouldn’t come back, I think the upcharge on the chips is not cool, it’s too much also the food was not fresh, ie the fish tacos. The attendants were kind and polite though..

When I called in, everything was very well explained. When we arrived, the host gave us a great tour, with all the tips on how to strategize our evening, washroom locations, etc. Our server Brie was informative, on top of our needs and very sweet. The food was delicious, amazing venue, ambience, service, vibe.. everything!!! Management did a great job, stopping by our tables etc. Everything was ON POINT! Cannot wait to return!

I was recommended to go there for an "amazing and different" experience however what they explained to be different and amazing was not part of this weeks program. I chose this place for a different experience with usually a Vegas style show then a night club environment after a certain time. We were disappointed especially since this was for my friends' 50th b-day. Food was salty fries and undercooked burger, great salad, fish tacos, pasta was mediocre. Sushi was great but very overpriced. Overall the food was no different than any food court but presentation was grand on all items. Overall the place is overpriced... we spent over $400 for 4 people but then stopped for drive thru on the way home.

The food stalls were a nice touch. Although having to pay a minimum non refundable amount of $100 prior to arriving to be held as a credit on my bill to hold a reservation of less than 8 was a bit too much. Drinks are expensive. Ambience and music was amazing. Great for birthdays and group gatherings. Truffle fries were too salty but food was pretty good overall. Loved the Cheesecake Factory stall. More of a selection would be recommended.

Logistics were absolutely scattered when we arrived. Having to stand in a line for 20+ minutes waiting for your food with a grossly overpriced drink in your hand makes the whole experience less attractive.
