Zachary served us and was excellent. He was very attentive but not in your face. I would highly recommend him. I was ver disappointed that they temporarily ran out of prime rib and shrimp. That shows poor planning and management in the kitchen.

Sunday Jazz Brunch at The Grand is an extraordinarily pleasant treat! The staff go out of their way to be kind and accommodating while performing their craft in a professional manner. Everyone is pleasant, and makes one feel special. It would be difficult to exaggerate on the quality of the food or the *huge* selections from which to choose! Every station is laid out well, continually cleaned and refilled. We’ve dined at *many* Brunches around the country, in a variety of settings, and would place this offering in the upper echelons of them all for selection, quality and price. Treat yourself, and loved ones, to a most enjoyable Sunday Jazz Brunch at The Grand Hotel on Mobile Bay in Point Clear Alabama. You’ll be pleased you did!

The Grand Hall Sunday was excellent from the time we checked in til we left. The host was smiling and friendly. Zach, our waiter, went above and beyond to ensure we needed for nothing. The band was excellent. Really enjoyed the music. We loved the oyster shooters and shrimp. Prime rib was outstanding. We had eggs Benedict, omelettes, smoked salmon-everything was absolutely delicious. This was our third time and we’ll definitely be back!

Our first time ever staying. It was amazing. We want to come back for more than 1 days this time. We spent our 17th anniversary with you guys. EVERYONE was super nice and helpful. We even met some great couples from out of town. Overall 10/10. Highly recommended. We told my in-laws how great it was and they are gonna book a stay with you as well. Wonderful experience.

We love Sunday brunch at The Grand. It’s our favorite place to celebrate a special occasion and to take out of town guests. The food is always delicious and the service is outstanding. Everyone is warm, gracious, and welcoming.

The Grand Hall is an amazing venue to enjoy brunch. The food selection and quality of the food never disappoints. Endless Momoses and multiple plates of food always lead to an amazing Sunday afternoon nap.

The food quality at the Grand Hotel is unsurpassed. The elegant surroundings combined with a relaxed southern hospitality and superb service add to the pleasure. I live in the area and I frequent the Grand’s restaurants often. The place is nothing less than a local treasure.

We enjoyed the experience. We had a few hiccups. Server was slow, some of the food was not up to par and the band was a little loud where we were sitting. The mimosas and croissants were very good. The manager checked on us and took care of us. Everyone in the hotel including the Grand Hall were very friendly and helpful the whole trip.

Prompt seating and excellent attention from our server. Seafood, breakfast food, and overall brunch menu was very good. Dessert bar was limited to just a few items. I would have preferred a larger selection. Overall I will be returning.

It was my first time to this brunch. I'd been told about it for years and finally tried it out. Food was good. Lots of options. Seafood was tasty. I'd say the ambiance was good but we got put in another area restaurant away from the nice jazz music in main dining area. For being a $50 Buffet and $250 outing for 2 adults and 2 teens the service was not up to expectations. Table was not cleared often and had to wait on beverage refills for over 15 min. Bottomless mimosas did not live up to their name. I will give a second visit in hopes of a better experience.

Our server, Antonia, was excellent. She had always removed our empty dishes while we away from the table and had our drinks refilled by the time we arrived back. The oyster shooters, smoked salmon and West Indies salad are always a must for my husband. I thoroughly enjoy the omelet/egg station. We were seated by a window overlooking the Bay. It was just spectacular and made my hubby’s Father’s Day extra special

We went for Sunday Brunch. The ambience and experience was lovely. The food was plentiful on the buffet and the service was good. The food itself was ok. I did not find it to be worth the $50 per person price tag.

Outstanding service as always, from valet service to table service! No one does these functions better than The Grand! Very positive notes on the excellent lump crab scramble, salad bar (especially the pesto salad), outstanding jumbo shrimp, and numerous desert options. Opportunities for improvement include offerings of prime rib at rare / medium rare temperatures with less fat and crab claws that are more tender. The jazz band was excellent!

We went for Sunday Brunch to celebrate my birthday. This brunch exceeded my expectations. Not just the amazing food, the great jazz music, and the mimosas that kept flowing, but the service was so welcoming and on-top of everything without us having to ask at all.
