   Terrible - we will never return. Unfortunately, we chose this restaurant for a special occasion. 3 out of 4 of us, did NOT enjoy our meal. Surprising disappointment were the Yukon gold mashed potatoes- their “chef” needs to go to Longhorn to see how they should be made (Smooth and creamy) These were a lumpy brown mess, w skins. Overall, the restaurant looks unkept and gives the impression no one cares anymore. Even the sign to the bathroom was missing letters! Avoid !

   The resturant was quite busy, so the service was a bit slow. We are very patient as you could tell our waitress was overwhelmed. The food was excellent however, and even with the wait, our server was kind and on top of refills. Will definetly be back. Our favorite thing about the menu is the variety and the specials. The Maryland Chicken is outstanding. The Chicken Marsala, delicious. The chorizo queso and chips app is great as well. The only thing we did not enjoy was the chicken ceasar salad. The dressing was too tangy!

   Took my wife here for Mother’s Day and we had a great time! The food was delicious we both enjoyed it, it was ready really fast as well! Service was great too! We will return for another meal soon seeing as they have a lot of great options to choose from.

   The hostess were very nice the waiter was not nice he was rushing us and didn't serve are salads until the food came out , never gave us any bread, mixed up the orders, and food initially brought out had to go back because meat was not cooked as ordered. Appetite gone now. Happy Mother's Day to us

    Waiter was not very attentive. Hostess’s did not seem very friendly. I alway had to ask for water/pop refills. He never came back to check on the food.

    The food was horrible, the server was horrible. And they were not the cleanest restaurant I have been to. The food was not good at, the Caesar salad included old lettuce, and the dressing was bland. The steak was not to my liking, I asked for well done, it was pink. I threw my whole meal in the trash when ai home.

    The service was fantastic! Jeremy took care of us with the best attention and even provided bottle service for our wine that we ordered. The specials of the day were exciting and the room and environment was very tasteful! I haven’t been there in a while and I’m glad I returned. Will be back soon.

    All was good except the long lines for the hot foods. You should have set up two lines with the hot foods, so people could get through. Very good value though.

    The food was varied and delicious! I enjoyed the 90 minute time limit placed on everyone, yes eat great food enjoyed everyone’s company and if you need more time…take it someplace else. This is a restaurant not your dining room! The staff was attentive, variety of food and everything being delicious 😋, we really enjoyed our time at Grand Tavern!

    The place was busy. We were in from out of town meeting a friend for dinner. They seemed short staffed as our server took awhile to come see us. Had to ask for a drink menu and when we got it, there were only a few drinks featured. The food was ok. My salad was fine but my wife’s fish that was supposed to be seared came out raw, completely uncooked. In addition they put sugar on the sweet potato fries which made them almost inedible. Not sure if it was a new cook in the kitchen but the experience did not make us want to come back.

    Very enjoyable dining experience at Grand Tavern. Great comfort food. Fish and chips were amazing. Cobb salad was terrific. Oh, and a craft beer special for only a buck...wow.

    We had a very good dinner. Although they were having a special and the restaurant was crowded, the noise level was such that we could easily carry on a conversation without having to raise our voices which is so appreciated. We were not rushed at all by our server who was very attentive. The food was very good and ample. Would definitely visit again.

    Great atmosphere, we went on St. Patrick’s Day so we expect it to be a long wait. But surprisingly, we were seated immediately in our food came out super fast. Our server, Jeremy was awesome very friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t drink alcoholic beverages, so he made me the best Mocktail ever. It’s very loud, but I attribute that to St. Patrick’s Day.     Sean did a wonderful job serving us. He was attentive but not hovering. The food was very good and hot. We did not wait long for our meal. All in all, a great time at Grand Tavern.

    The food is very good here and the portion sizes are good sized. It was a Friday evening at about 7:15 and it was very busy. Our server was running every minute, but she did a fabulous job! The perch was great, but maybe 2 more pieces, as the serving was small. The Brussel Sprouts are AMAZING! Get them. You won't be disappointed, even if you don't like them, you will love these! My friend's Lobster grilled cheese looked so good, I almost wanted to grab it out of her hands! I will be ordering that next time. The menu has lots of choices, so it's hard to narrow down, but everything was just as ordered. Great place for a nice, casual evening out and nearby to lots of shopping. Highly recommend.

    The food was AMAZING. I did specifically request a booth when I made my reservation and unfortunately the restaurant could not make that happen. When I asked if I could get a booth and mentioned I requested one in my reservation, the hostess told me “yeah.. the kitchen actually closes in 15 minutes” with slight attitude, okay then why did you allow us to make reservations at 8:45 if the kitchen closes at 9:00?? Don’t be rude. If I got my booth and slightly better service I probably would have gave this place a 5/5.
