It was a special occasion for our table of 5. Everything was pretty good except our server hardly came around to our table. We wanted more coffee and had to ask for cinnamon rolls.

The Sunday brunch is so good! Love the mimosas and build your own Bloody Marys. The cinnamon rolls are heavenly and a must have but you have to ask the server to bring them out hot! Yum

Wonderful experience, from the food and the atmosphere, to the exceptional service. Seafood selection of fish and chips was served freshly cooked and tasted delicious. Salad was good, an excellent choice and enjoyed by the both of us. I highly recommend Granite City Food & Brewery.

I have eaten at Granite city three times within the last month. I have enjoyed the service, the food, and the entire visit. The food was great and the customer service was outstanding. Walter was our waiter. He was enthusiastic and attentive. My wife has dairy allergies and the chef took the time to address her needs. We will definitely add Granite City Franklin to our favorites. Thank you!

My girlfriends and had the Sunday brunch here. It’s an all you can eat and the food was awful. Everything was burned or old. We then ordered the cinnamon rolls from the menu and they were burned too! We told the manager and he came back with COLD ones from a can. We’re pretty sure they were part of their dessert display. Never, ever again…

I love brunch here! This particular time tho, the prime rib was wayyyyyy over cooked and our server didn’t get us any refills at all. Not coffee. Not soda. Dishes weren’t picked up timely, either and it wasn’t that busy. I waited tables for many years. This is not ok. You’re not taking orders, running food. You have time to do your job. It’s cool tho, we’ll still be back. Just not in this persons section.

We had a party of 12, so we were prepared for service to be a little slower, understanding the challenges of serving a large group. However, from the time we arrived, placed our drink order, and placed our food order, it took 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food to arrive. Aside from that, the food was decent.

Clean restaurant, nice environment. Food was good enough, portions were drastically inconsistent. We all got fries, one person got a mountain of fries and another got less than 20 total. Service was okay, the server we got whispered the entire time. When asked what ‘granite city dip’ was we were told it was tart like sour cream and that was it?? When asked about portions we were told that was ‘normal’. If I were to go back it would probably be for take out food.

We had a reservation for 5 for Fathers Day. The food was somewhat cold, even though there were burners, the omelet was burned. The cinnamon rolls were doughy. The server appeared to be overworked, not enough help for a super busy day. This was our second time at this location and the first one was better.

Its frustrating when your server never comes around to check to see if you need anything, Napkins, or refills on drinks. I brought my family of 4 to the Sunday brunch, and had the worst service on Fathers Day. My daughter was even charged an adult price, but my server would never come around to tell him to change the price. no plates were ever cleared from our table. the price they charge is just not worth the food and service you receive, and I typically love Granite City, but this time was awful.

It had been a while since I'd been to Granite City and I was surprised that the menu had changed a bit--fewer steak options, which is why I went. However, the service was stellar as always and I enjoyed my ribeye. I'd go back, but not if I wanted more of a steak selection, it would just depend on what I have my taster up for.

Food was great. I had the chicken pot pie and my wife had the fish. Server recommended a really good beer which is tricky because I like wimpy, pale beer. So that was appreciated. Overall, very happy.

A little disappointed on this visit. Two of us had the Chicken Mediterranean and it was dry, not nearly enough sauce on the dish. I ordered a cup of the soup and received maybe only 1/3rd 1/2 cup. The waiter blamed it on the kitchen and he brought me a second half cup. Pretty ragged visit for a restaurant that is usually on point.

Average restaurant, food was good, not great, server was average, not great. Ambiance was nice as far as bar / restaurant environment. Bathroom was disgusting. Stickiest floor I think I have ever walked on. Paper towel dispenser was empty. Nothing special.
