In the heart of the East Devon countryside, surrounded by acres of farmland, you'll find the award-winning Greendale Farm Shop and it's family-friendly café & restaurant. The Greendale Farm Shop Café and Restaurant is much loved by visitors and locals alike. We offer a new extensive menu, created around many of the items sold in our shop and showcasing local produce from our farm and fishing boats. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are no problem and we have a children's menu for the little ones, too. We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as tea and coffee, delicious cakes and Devon cream teas.

Once you've eaten why not take a stroll along our family farm trail. The trails follow a level path that’s just right for pushchairs and little legs where you can say hello to all of the animals, including Oscar the Ostrich.

On Sunday and Monday evenings, from 3.30pm, our restaurant serves from our extensive fish and chip menu only.

The service was great. Very friendly. Good quality food. Unfortunately the layout of the food needs work. My plate came out and the beans were poured ontop of my sausage, bacon and eggs. And swimming in the tim sauce. I literally had to use 3 napkins to wipe down my bacon and sausage. They were quite literally dripping in bean sauce. Very disappointing and it made all my food tastes like beans. Which is disappointing as i could tell the quality was good.

Excellent value, well cooked, flavoursome and large portioned roast dinner. This is a place we constantly return to as the roasts are Excellent. We sat in the outside area which is fully weatherproof and more spacious than inside. They are dog friendly too. Just make sure you book as they can get busy.
