    Overall the main attraction to the grey eagle restaurant is the prime rib buffet. The service was extremely slow, I had my second plate of loaded food before my wine came to the table. Because it’s more or less just self-service you can pace how you would like the food aspect to arrive. Other team members cleared the used plates in a timely manner. But in regards to wine/drink service non existent. We will be back again because of the really good buffet. Otherwise please re valuate the service.

    This is one of the best deals in the Calgary area. The food is fresh, hot, and tasty. There is a large variety of selections to try. They maintained a high level of quality in their food. The salad and soup bar had fresh selections and was kept clean. The desert selection was large and there were some deserts for those with dietary restrictions. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Our table was kept clear and our drinks were refilled promptly. We have been to Grey Eagle several times and each time has been a great experience.

    It was date night and we had heard nothing but great things about the buffet at the Grey Eagle. We went on a Tuesday evening and reserved a table not knowing how busy they may be. We were only able to be seated at a small table even though I had requested a booth…no big deal. Service was prompt and very friendly, our drinks were brought over really quickly and we were overall happy with the service. The food however was really disappointing. Some dishes were cold, It felt like we were eating leftovers and for $100 for 2 we expected so much more. Absolute disappointment and wouldn’t recommend anyone this place for food.

    Food is not as good as previous but still not bad. Maybe we got a bad server but she was never around to ask us if we needed anything and someone else picked up the plates

    This was our first visit to the Grey Eagle and we were disappointed. I can't say anything bad about the service because there wasn't any. Eddy was our waiter. Overall, I would give it a 5 as the food quality, esp. the prime rib, was not there. We stayed for a bit later to gamble and had fun however I wouldn't return for the buffet.

    As Usual we again had a nice meal and a good time. Food was fresh, plentiful and delicious. Service was great as usual, the server was attentive and right there when needed. We never have a regret at the Grey Eagle Buffet because we go often and will keep returning as long as it stays affordable.

    Please caution your Female Supervisor or Manager who was on duty yesterday between 12-3pm, She was rude to my Guest and I as She told us to leave from a distance, with a raised voice and offensive gesture as though we were not allowed to be there or had not just finished We did all see the way she addressed, the people on other tables.

    The salads taste homemade. The prime rib and yorkies are outstanding. In fact all the food tastes freshly made unlike other buffets. Staff are friendly. And you can’t beat the price. The only thing I would recommend is to make the dinning area a little less “cafeteria style” but even that’s stretching it for constructive criticism. Overall, highly recommended

    We had a super unpleasant experience with this buffet. Poor choice of food, it's not a buffet, maximum school food court. The poor quality of service for which we were charged 33%. We asked to get a reimbursement, because the service was not a service for 33% of tips. Not recommended

    We reserved three separate tables for 18 people they did not have to make extra seating or anything but yet charge 18% gratuity because we were a group don’t agree with that but at the end of the day they lost 2% tip normally tip 20%

    We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and Thanksgiving. As always, the food and service was great. Some organization however, is required in order to advise folks with reservations where to line up. People without reservation were lined up for up to 11/2 hours. Not knowing any better, we started at the back of that line.
