   Very busy that day, the server mixed up the reservation table. We were seated and we got lineup for food and our table was gone! The Assistant Manager ended up finding us another table after around 10 minutes while we were holding our plates of food and she apologized and paid our meals.

   The food is fantastic, prime rib cooked to perfection, and accompaniments also great,, decor leaves a little to be desired, but for a buffet experience,, there is none better

    Friends recommended we go to the Friday Prime Rib buffet. It was Excellent! Everything was delicious, the prime rib was the best I've had in a long time, the buffet selections were amazing and delicious. The service was great, it was quiet enough that we could talk easily at our table. I'm looking forward to going back again!

    Okay thing that needs work on is the desserts. The chocolate was a hit and miss on some items. Very rich or just right depending on the item. The jell-o was kinda tart, and the warm blueberry thing was tart, there was no sweetness to it

    Went on a Friday evening for the Prime Rib buffet. Our party was seated quickly and right on time. Our server came to the table quickly for our drink orders and invited us to head up when we were ready. Throughout the meal she was attentive, our drinks were never empty and empty plates never sat on the table for more than 30 seconds. The salad bar was very good with many selections and the Authentic Mexican soup was very flavourful. The hot station were a mix of Western Chinese, Italian and BBQ dishes along with the Prime Rib, I had the medium rare. It was perfectly done and cut with a fork. My wife went for the medium well cut and took the heel, it still cut easily and was to her liking. Save room for the desserts, there are many choices including a chocolate fountain. The only complaint was no whipped cream for the Blueberry Grunt. All in, very good value for the price.

    First time they had big beef bones in bbq sauce & prime rib of coarse, second time they replaced big beef bones with hamburger steaks that were dressed up with a fancy name the size toonies that didn't taste very good.Seems like there starting to sleep into the bad direction that every casino starts falling into ....cheaping out ! Maybe introduce some pork ribs or fried chicken to the menu needs to worth the $33 dollars a sitting or people just head to there favorite restaurants and pay for one good plate rather than three subpar plates.

    There are a large variety of choices and the food is consistently good. My only complaint would be that they only serve under cooked roast beef for my liking. Many people I have talked to, agree with me and won’t return because of this. I myself will however be back.

    Food was good but service could be improved. We were sitting in an area with a waitress who wasn’t very attentive. It took about 10 minutes before she came around to take the drink order.

    We had a 18 year old who had there birthday on this day. It started with them ID big him which was expected but they were not going to let him in, insisting he wasn’t 18 until the next day. Once we had this straight they did not have a table for our reservation. We waited 10-15 min for one. Not sure why I bothered to make a reservation as there was no line up.     It's always good to eat here. More value for your money. They've added the ribs and creme brulee which were delicious. Hopefully they keep it as a mainstay! Prime rib is always amazing!

    Great prime rib, good food selection, been here before and enjoy it. Music was a bit loud was unable to hear clearly, conversation at our own table. Server (drinks and bill) was slow, needed to be reminded to bring refills etc (after having been asked) more than once.

    We came two nights in a row. Seafood evening and the prime rib. The seafood buffet was absolutely disgusting. The shrimp, lobster and crab were all cold. Definitely was NOT worth $110.00!

    The food was terrible. We went on Monday and they served food that was not consumed over the weekend. The Eggs Benedict was stale. Even the hot carved food was dry and not fresh. It was so disappointing. When we were done eating we had a LONG wait before our waitress came over. We had to wave her over a few times before she brought us the bill. I won't be going here again ever.

    The waiter we had Jahal was not very personable or professional from the get go - the service deteriorated as the dinner progressed. We both asked a porter clearing tables for more napkins and more drinks. He never checked on us after getting our first drinks we were left on our own. We are used to Olex he’s extremely professional and very personable and really cares about the customer’s. We are regulars and this is the worst we’ve been treated at Grey Eagle. Sincerely, Caroline and John Ps I made reservations I was sorry I did but the food made up for the lack of service the food is always excellent!
