   This little gem is the Hope Diamond for those who love a delicious, beautiful and unique dinner experience. I can’t say enough good things about this fantastic restaurant except perhaps two words - GO NOW! You will not regret it. It’s my meal of the year! Kudos to the culinary genius behind Grey Gardens.

   Grey Gardens is in a cool, up and coming neighborhood. The service was great, the food was inventive. There were a few standouts, the wine list was fabulous and were very accommodating of our food allergies.

   7-layer dip is good, though would be better at half the price and portion size. Entrees: the campanelle pasta with morels was almost inedibly acidic with no morel flavor; the gnocchi was like licking the inside of a BBQ, with smoke overwhelming all other flavors. Wine the sommelier steered us to was shamefully overpriced. Service was friendly and efficient. The toilet didn’t flush. Won’t return.

   Cannot express how fantastic this meal and experience was. The energy in the resto is absolutely buzzing, staff are friendly, food is thoughtful and frankly as close to perfection as you can get. You must try the branzino, ravioli, beef cheek and tartare. If a restaurant has tartare I will always try it as I am on a quest to find the best in Toronto.. and this is hands down the best I’ve had in the city. Cannot say enough good things, but then again I’m not surprised. Jen’s concepts are all exceptionally executed. We will be back!

    Dinner was incredible from start to finish. Welcoming servers and hosts. Wine list extensive and suggestions made were excellent. Food was divine; we tried oxtail ravioli and beef cheek which was out of this world. We came for Mom’s birthday and they treated her with a birthday candle in the desert. I’ve been to Grey Gardens a million times and will keep coming xx

    The Grey Gardens is a small , cosy restaurant with friendly staff. The food though could and should be better. Most dishes are simple With some taste but lack fantasy and creativity while at the same time where greasy . I found a couple of my dishes salty beyond the limit while others hollow and bland. Definitely needs refinement with more elegance and balance on the plate. I really hope that improvement is a matter of time

    Had an amazing evening at Grey Gardens, would wholeheartedly recommend coming here for any occasion. Noted that it was my partner's birthday and the staff was amazing in acknowledging it in a respectful and meaningful way. The food was out of amazing as well of course, special mention to the oxtail ravioli - truly delicious.

    The food was good quality and delicious. However, we didn’t feel like the steak was particularly worth 120 dollars. Online it was advertised as a 26oz steak so we were expecting it would be around 1.5-2 portions. It was smaller than expected when it arrived, albeit very very delicious! Just a heads up for other diners! Otherwise the starters were amazing, great selection in wine, and really nice staff.

    Was looking for a dinner reservation to celebrate a belated birthday. A cursory Google search returned Grey Gardens; everything about the experience was flawless, down to the minute details. Atmosphere, staff (wait and kitchen alike), wine recommendations, and most of all the quality of food. The beef carpaccio even delighted my usually mushroom-avoidant spouse. 10/10, would recommend and will plan subsequent Toronto trips around this restaurant.

    I am really tired of being kicked out of my seats after spending a few hundred dollars because our time is up. When restaurants first reopened post pandy I understood- wanted them to make as much money as possible but business is back and I don’t like this time limit on seats thing.
