Service was great! Attentive and came at the right time, however our for the price the food was not worth it. We had to 6oz tenderloin and I don’t even think there was a pinch of salt. No flavour at the vegetables and the potato’s were very hard. We also ordered burnt cheesecake and it was $17 and size was maybe three bites. Very dry. We asked why and they said it’s because it has flour is in it, meaning the knew the answer why it’s dry. I did call and let the guest service know about our experience and they didn’t seem to say much.

We celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary. Very friendly and kind personnel. They offered a free dessert. It was lovely. Food quality is outstanding!!!

Wonderful restaurant; open, airy, great views. Cocktails are on-point, service was outstanding and the food was delicious...get the duck, you won't be disappointed! We were in-town for a Golf Vacation and we enjoyed the Grill & Vine so much on our first night, we went back for dinner our last night in the Village.

Mediocre food and terrible service. *** IN HER DEFENCE - the poor girl who served us seemed completely overworked! There REALLY should’ve been another server on the floor. In our defence - she didn’t pick up on any queues that we were done - despite us making eye contact several times, putting our coats on, and having our credit card out! We waited for nearly an hour just for our bill. We wouldn’t go back.

We enjoyed Grill and Vine. The location within the Westin was perfect and the service was top notch. I had pizza and it was good, but I saw a few other plates come out (specifically the scallops) that made me wish I had ordered them :) Don’t get me wrong, the pizza was good, but the menu has a lot of good options. A good spot for a nice dinner!

Sat outside, which while enjoyable in the sunshine was near the kids pool and drowned out any possibility of quiet conversation. Food and service was fantastic although wine was heavily overpriced ($23 for a 9oz glass of local BC wine) and patio cleanliness was poor (wine corks, cigarette butts very visible). Would recommend although sit inside; less chance of children screaming in the background d or your table not being level (and held up by spare knives).

Whistler is pricy and this place was on par with that trend. Food good but value wasn’t there for the high price. So odd that you get charged for a refill on pop. If this is the practice here you may want to inform the guest that they will be charged for the refill when the industry standard coast to coast is not to charge for fountain pop.

A very mediocre experience. The General Manager of the Westin Whistler should be ashamed of this product. It was Saturday night, only half full which says it all really when every other restaurant in Whistler that night was booked. There was no shortage of staff but they were all working as individuals and not as a team. Everything took forever, menus, drinks, meals. The drink set-up is a lottery whether it turns up or not, even after chasing, seems the bar next door gets priority. The drink service at the Dublin Gate pub is far superior. What this restaurant misses is a floor manager to ensure everyone is working together to deliver a decent service. The food was tasty but look warm and obviously had been sitting 10 minutes waiting for service. The deserts were not fresh, you could get better at Tim Horton’s presumably. We had dined here a number of times over the years but not since early 2020 and what was telling last night is how far Grill and Vine has fallen. Not recommended.

Bright restaurant with floor to ceiling windows with view of the mountains in the distance. Fresh foods and friendly staff. Loved every dish, but especially the tomato & burrata salad with fresh beets and dashes of amazing pesto. The tuna ahi with chips- the best. Large open restaurant with high ceilings. PS Buddha bowl with chicken was delicious

Our group of 11 people (all friends and family) had to book 2 separate reservations to be in one restaurant. We asked server to try to put us together so we can have a dinner as a group and he said he does not now and he will need to ask his manager. The manager came with an attitude and already set her mind to not accommodate our request even though putting us together would gave her an extra table to serve other customers. I couldn’t complete my thought 2 times as she was rudely interrupting me! She end up not granting our request and the funniest thing was that there were so many tables around us as she claimed that they are all booked and nobody showed up. Food was great but severs need training 101 on how not to hold the glass where people place their mouth!

We arrived early since we got out of an activity early and they were able to seat us which was nice. What wasn’t nice was sitting at the table for 35 minutes without a single acknowledgment. No water, no one saying they will get to us, nothing. We left.

Although we had a reservation, our table was not set up for service. The kitchen had a hard time keeping up with the orders. We received water right away but it took a long time to get any cocktails or food that our waiter brought fries on the house to make the wait more tolerable. The food was quite good and our server has an excellent attitude despite all the problems
