   Great service…some challenges with our food order…manager “made things right for us”…sat outside…great music and drinks…our server was excellent…cool little neighbourhood bar/restaurant…worth a visit

   Grounded Kitchen was great. Kid friendly. Bbq bowl was good but be aware it’s a little spicy. Kids loved the chuck burger and fries and the service was great.

   Great place, great food, great service. Not too many people at Friday night. It’s not a fancy fancy place, but very very welcomed, warm and comfortable. We had a pleasure to be there (party of 4), definitely will get back when stay again in Ottawa.

    I must admit the menu is uninspiring. But when they say chicken burger, well it’s a damn good chicken burger. Everything we ordered was excellent. Can’t go wrong with local craft beer as well!

    The owner, Amir Rahim, always ensures that my wife's meal is custom made for her dietary restrictions, but that it doesn't lack for deliciousness. He always comes by at least a couple of times to make sure everything is perfect. Our servers remember our orders from the last time, even though we only go three or four times a year. The food I order is always spectacular. It is by far the best restaurant in Ottawa, in my opinion.

    Overall the food was really good. We were four and ordered all different dishes and it was unanimous " it was delicious". Staff is very friendly and made us feel welcomed. We will be back for sure!

    I recently hosted an event at Grounded and it was a total success! The staff at Grounded were very flexible and accommodating, especially and including when our numbers shifted. The whole group raved about the food and drinks. A total success!

    I had found this place online and decided to go based on reviews. The place was much smaller then I expected, but did not disappoint. Cocktails were amazing and so was the food. Great friendly service as well. There is no kids menu, but they loved the pasta. The brisket was delicious and the Whisky sour, the Best. I totally recommend for a fun unique experience.

    Enjoy the cocktails a lot. Food it’s good, but a bit pricey for the amount you get, for example the hamburger patty is very small compared with the buns and there are. I veggies in the bbq dishes. Service was very good. Atmosphere good too.

    We had another fantastic meal at Grounded. The service is always excellent and the food is delicious. The only slight downside was the volume. It must be something to do with the design of the space, but it was really difficult to make ourselves heard. Having said that, we went home happy!

    BBQ platter is their specialty and it was excellent. Great BBQ sauce, great mac n cheese and string fries. Not a fan of the beans.
