The first outpost of local favourite Pizzeria Gusto, Gusto North is an extension of the flavours and feeling of being at an Italian family dinner table. Inspired by its original location on Academy Road, the Gusto team have brought a meticulously designed original menu and space to Hargrave St. Market's only full service sit down restaurant. Great meal! Risotto balls were spectacular. Suggested pizza and pasta were also delightful. Love the open kitchen and marketplace feel in the space. Will definitely be back!

We held a private event at Gusto North and cannot say enough great things about this place. From early planning to the big day, they were so accommodating. They navigated through COVID restrictions with ease and were flexible with the changes we had to make to ensure all of our guests were comfortable. The food, drinks and venue were unbelievable. Gusto North is truly a hidden gem in Winnipeg!
Dylan, Koren, and all of the front & back staff that night you did a spectacular job. (And Seline on another night we were there!) Thank you so much for hosting our wedding reception, we can’t wait to come back!
Amazing dinner experience as always! Staff are highly attentive and incredibly respectful of social distancing between tables/parties and strict COVID-19 Health Protocols which make dinning at Gusto North a safe and enjoyable time.

Great food, drinks and ambience!
My wife and I accompanied one of my best customers and his wife for a quiet dining experience. The service was prompt and the food was excellent. This was very good because I was trying to impress my customers.
I ordered the scallops, which were terrific but if I was to go there again I would have ordered an appetizer as well because the portion was moderate. I made up for though by ordering one of the decadent desserts.
I have now taken my customers to Pizzeria Gusto and Gusto North and both were terrific.
My only negative had nothing to do with the restaurant as it was the weather and we couldn't sit outside. It was raining, which wouldn't have mattered because the patio is covered and sheltered but it was too cold for September 2nd.

Excellent service and food! Love their wood fired pizza! The Cotoletta sandwich was delicious with Verde Salad! Friendly, welcoming atmosphere and great patio!

We went during the pandemic. So, it was quiet which was nice. The food was a bit pricy for what you got but tasted good.

The salcicce rigatoni pasta was delicious! The Waterloo pizza wasn’t as exciting...a bit bland but great once added a sprinkle of seas salt. Service was very good.

Our server, Sydney, took care of us well. We had the antipasto plate for 2, and a pizza. The wood-fired pizza was the Cacciatore with sweet tomato sauce, ham , mozzarella, and the delectable fennel sausage. Made for one, but perfect for sharing. We had the Antipasto with morels, cheese, Parma ham, mortadella, pickled fennel (quite delightful), crostini, tomato jam, pesto and grilled bread. We also wanted dessert (they have this soft light dough dessert with blood orange syrup), but did not have room unfortunately. But lunch was an event at Gusto North.

As always, our experience here was great. The service was amazing; attentive but not annoying. Cocktail recommendations were on point as were the wine pairing choices. This place is in our top 3 Winnipeg restaurants.

Brought 3 people who’ve never been there before and thoroughly enjoyed it. We shared the Antipasto platter, two pizzas, and the doughy dessert with blood orange syrup and creme fresh. Everything was fantastic.
This is a great restaurant with great atmosphere however the noise level was extremely high probably 100db or more. That's our only negative. Thanks
