This is my favourite Japanese restaurant it Toronto--every time I go here I love it! I got the Supreme all you can eat with my partner on Valentine's day. It was more than enough food and it was all delicious! Our server Mina was incredible. She was very nice and checked in with us often but not too often. She could tell when our grill needed to be changed and did so promptly. The Sakuratini Sake drink is my favourite of all time! The music they play is also perfect, it's just my kind of playlist. I suggest bringing something warm because it can get chilly in the winter. However, if you're using the grill, it will make it warmer. I love this place and I highly recommend it for anyone thinking of getting Japanese food or craving bbq.

The food was very delicious as always, our waitress Mai, was very helpful and responded to our questions politely. Not to forget she was very friendly too! The kitchen did a great job, food was not late and the Gyu-Kaku salad and Miso soup were top notch as usual, Thank you Mai & the entire North York Gyu-Kaku team, this was maybe my 10th time visiting and looking forward to be eating there even more. I don't know if she couldn't hear herself but she couldn't say last call enough times.... its bad because we wanted to order some a la carte items, and well she couldn't rush out out of there fast enough.. We were there for a birthday we wanted to order cake and coffee and never got a chance because she kept saying last call like we couldnt order and then she brought the machine to check out.... SO SO SO BAD

The food was great! The only downer was how the Umakara pork was spicier than usual and didn't have the same flavourful taste. The umami fried chicken also wasn't too crispy. All else was fine.
