Food good, atmosphere okay, service good. We went for lunch. Parking a nightmare. Small parking lot and most are reserved for the individual businesses. Towing enforced. Someone's car was in process of being towed while we were there. Only a few reserved for the restaurant. Most of the businesses were closed on the weekend. We were told to park at own risk.

We’ve visited this location many times and other locations in other states and never had a problem with the grill or meat. Yesterday the meat quality was not the same as always, got the $26 Kalbi shirt rib and it tasted like $8 meat. No oil was put on the grill either and the manager said they weren’t doing oil as of last week for corporate reasons but the grill also wasn’t as hot as it typically is so our meat wS basically boiling rather than grilling. Bibimbap also tasted bland. Hopefully it’s a one off as we really enjoy eating here but it was a definitely a disappointment. Service was ok, when we expressed our concerns the manager asked if we wanted to move to another grill but then continued to say it would be the same thing so we just stayed where we were. Our serves looked busy but we’re attentive and nice. We may come back.

We checked in at 6:30pm. The restaurant floor was full. There were only 2 servers on our side of the restaurant for 10 tables. I barely saw our server. We took the all you can eat but one grill for 7 people was not efficient as well the server with overwhelming amount of tables to take care of. Table was too small for 7 people. Not comfortable to sit there. Next time we will book 2 tables for a large party.

We had a great time and the food was delicious! My 9 year old steak loving son thought it was the coolest place ever. We did the meat lovers meal for 2 and added ribeye steak for our son and added an extra s’more for dessert. We had plenty of food and loved everything we tried. I wish I knew our servers name, he was great and made good suggestions and made sure we knew how to cook our meats. If you are trying to decide where to go… go here! It was the perfect out of the box vacation meal experience! Yum! We will probably go back before the week is over!

Andrew our waiter was awesome!!! He did a great job making sure our drinks were always filled & that we had everything we needed. The waiters & waitresses did a great job too! They work hard as I can see them greeting guests & making everyone was taken care of. The older Asian waiter is so sweet! I see him greeting guests with a smile even when he was super busy! And we loved that he called out in Japanese every time he seated someone! The waitresses knew customers by name too so that means they are well connected to customers!! Such an amazing place! The food was amazing too! We would definitely come back next time we are in Orlando!!!

Super fun experience and absolutely delicious! We ordered the chefs combo for 2 people (we had three) and added extra white rice and a miso soup. More than enough food and we loved the tabletop grill. Unfortunately parking is extremely limited and reserved for other businesses, so leave enough time for this ‘hunt’. Our server was wonderful and we had a great experience - so much that we made another reservation in a few days.

If you want to be able to eat at eight o'clock in this restaurant, you need to make a reservation for seven o'clock. After entering the restaurant you need to spend 5-10 minutes looking for the waiter to take your order. If you choose to eat at the buffet, you will have to wait for about 15 minutes for the meat to be served after ordering. When you complain to the waiter about the long wait then you get an entire meal experience with almost no service. At the end, You should paying a mandatory 18% tip for this. Choosing here for my last dinner on my trip to Orlando was my worst decision of the year.

Their were very few options for non beef and pork eaters. No substitutions and no compromises made for a very expensive and very unpleasant experience. I ended the evening in tears.

Fun and social dinning experience! Many options at several different price points. Very surprised by the meat quality and marinades. Our server, Mei made everything about the night perfect! A fun evening with family. We chose Ala carte items over the value meal since we don’t eat red meat. The selections and quality were outstanding. Our server was a attentive and helped us to know how long to cook each item on the grill. Fun for sure and we’ll be back when we have big meat eaters with us.
