This is the worst location. Service was terrible. They were out of many of the items on their ayce menu. They constantly forgot to bring our food out and took forever. Marinated meats were great but will never go back to this location.

We had a party of 8 and only 1 grill worked. They were able to fix it but kept coming back from time to time. With one grill, we weren’t able to cook as fast and we still had to stick to the same timeframe as the next party was coming in.

Ordered the yakiniku set for four instead of AYCE, we all left full and it was very good value. Was not too busy for a Thursday evening so service was excellent, props to the supervisor for keeping my glass full!

Food was great but they don’t serve AYCE after 8pm- you don’t get a disclaimer when you book. Our waitress was also super hostile, pressuring us to order quickly after we arrived at 8, since they close at 10. She honestly just looked like she didn’t wanna be there. They sat us down at a smaller table and couldn’t find anywhere to put our food, despite there being a bigger table right next to us. Servers just stood there with our food as they watched us clear our own table. Our cocktails were also watered down, had barely any alcohol for the $14 we paid. Overall food was great but very dissapointed with the service.

Food - it was good fresh, some of the cuts of meat were a little fattier than expected. Wonderful they provided us with a fresh grill. Miso soup was cold unfortunately so I did not have it. Service was good friendly, and efficient. Ambiance - I think a better music selection would have improved the experience. The music was fun and upbeat, as in a fast food restaurant, but it was a little too loud for my mom who was expecting something different. .

Great service with Casper and the team. Yet lack of staff so we have times that no order can be taken as our server is running around helping other customers. No self serve order app available. Meat quality is not superb, looks like days old meat. I am quite disappointed.

Ordered the 3 people course and the food was definitely not enough. Table beside was also 3 people, but they were smart to order the 4 people course and ate everything except for 1 bowl of rice. Also, they allow rice upgrade for the 2 people course but not for the 3 people course. This is so ridiculous. If the portion for the rice is the reason, then just upgrade the 2 bowls of rice and service 1 bowl of white rice. At least give it as an option for the customers. Food was pretty good, especially the sausage and beef tongue that we ordered as an extra add on. The waiter tried hard but you can tell that most waiters were new. Forgot to oil our grill twice and didn’t change our grill for the s’mores (had it many times and grills were also changed).

Good food with ability to book ahead which is great for grill. Quality of the meats were great. Note that all beverages cost money including tea. Tables are quite close together so noise level could be high if you’re next to a noisy group.

Very nice food and value was fine. I went to many Gyu-kaku branches in Toronto and New York. But, the washroom in this Gyu-kaku is the worst, dirty and never want to use it.

Food are tasty, but environment is too smoky. Waiter are very helpful, however sometime don't remember the guest order. I am have asking waiter to get small bowls for us to share a big bowl of rice. It took us almost 15 min to get it:
