Reservations are required and must be made online or by calling H2O in Smithtown. We currently can accommodate parties up to six. Due to our limited waiting area and compliance restrictions, we have implemented a table time policy. Parties of two may stay for ninety minutes, parties of three to six guests may stay for one hour and forty five minutes. In accordance with government guidelines, you must wear a mask on site. I would say overall the restaurant does a poor job in food preparation. Specifically the main course was absolutely horrible. We ordered the Dover Sole it came out drenched in oil and was impossible to eat, that is completely unacceptable. Especially if you are charging $64 per plate. Sushi also is below average.

We went to H2O on Mother’s Day and we had a wonderful experience. We started with the shrimp & lobster wontons and the calamari. We said we thought it was the best calamari we’ve ever had. It was battered and fried perfectly. The wontons were also delicious. I had the everything crusted tuna and my husband had the swordfish. Both were incredible! We walked away feeling like it was the best meal we’ve had in a LONG time. We’ve gone out to eat and the food was good but H2O hit it out of the park and it was memorable. We will definitely return. Shout out to Michael for the great service outdoors!!

Our first time at H2O: Seafood & Sushi, and certainly not our last! The service was wonderful and the food was fantastic! From the popovers at the start of the meal to the blood orange sorbet at the end, the food was great! It was my mother in law's birthday celebration, and we all had a wonderful time! Thanks to everyone there for making it so special!

Dover sole was outstanding, but expensive. Should have come with some sides at that price. Nevertheless, it was really great. Our server was lovely, but we could never find him. We also waited a long time to be served and brought drinks. Later discovered he was covering the bar room because we were the only customers left (on Friday night at 9:00 PM???) in the area near the parking lot. We have been here many times, and food always good, staff always lovely, but service is not consistent! but we will be back!

Food and service were great. We usually go to prime, for their beef Wellington and they haven’t been nailing it the last 4 times. So I saw H2O had it on the menu for restaurant week. All I can say is WOW a million times better than prime.

I went for restaurant week. The deal was amazing. I loved the wine pairing menu for 20. Our server was great. Friendly and continued to check on us. The wings were amazing. Tasty and crispy. The lobster bisque lacked flavor in my opinion. I did like the surf and turf. I know it was busy but it did take a long time for each course to come out. We were there over 2 hours total

We had a wonderful dining experience. It was our anniversary and the H2O staff did a great job to help make this a great night. The food and the service was outstanding. My only recommendation would be to have a few more Champagnes and wider selection on Irish Whiskey and Bourbons to choose from. Overall a great experience and we look forward to our next meal at H2O.

Loved our H2O experience! Went during restaurant week and some places do not have their best dishes. Not H2O - we had the most delicious salmon and steak we have had in ages! The staff were outstanding- especially our waiter Ryan. Very attentive even though the restaurant was packed and he had many tables. In most restaurants I have to flag the waiter down just to get a water refill- not with Ryan- he was always on top of the water refills and everything else. His recommendations for apps and desserts were spot on. Best waiter ever! We will definitely be going back for dinners again.

H2O is our weekly go to place. The service , the staff, the food and ambiance is amazing !! We are treated so well and always greeted by name and with a friendly smile. From drinks , apps ,main course and desert , everything is always delicious!!

High-quality Sushi and steak. Lobster is also baked well. Geat place to dine. Location-wise, it is a little far from everything.
