My father and I enjoyed the experience but, for the prices the dishes were very underwhelming. For $30 shrimp fajitas I would expect more than 6 shrimp and a couple of onions and peppers. We also ordered a Caesar salad that was around $15 and it was 2 pieces of lettuce. While the flavor was good the dishes are extremely overpriced for what was served.

The food, as always, was fantastic. I had the chicken mole with goat cheese and squash flowers and was delicious. My wife had the enchiladas rojas which were filled with chicken tinga; outstanding.

Always one of our favorite places to eat in Cancun. The live music on Thursday night is fantastic. The menu has a great variety of choices. The ancient soup prepared tableside is a must, and very unique.

We love Hacienda Sisal. Every time we’re in Cancun we come here. The guacamole is the best. Our waiters, Jesus and Pedro took very good care of us. If you are going there for a quiet dinner it won’t happen. The mariachi band is nice but while playing you really cannot carry on a conversation. Large groups of people are also loud and take away from the ambiance. That’s my only dislike but the food drinks snd service are excellent.

Service excellent from moment you get to the doors of the restaurant they make you feel welcome the waitress Marco took care of the food and table in excellent manners and make sure that everything was perfect from the sitting to the food. Dinner was very good and well done and prepared.

Hacienda Sisal is a great restaurant. We take advantage of it from the all inclusive while staying at the royal Sands, and it never disappoints. The service is usually top notch. Great drinks, and the food is delicious. Highly recommend!

Overall I like this place. If you are at The Royal Sands it’s super convenient. I love their chicken enchiladas! I get them every year. I had one of their special drinks. some type of lime and tequila thing…honestly, not great. Too sweet not much lime. The chips are okay, I like a heavy, thick chip that can stand up to guac or salsa. These were like they came out of a bag. My dinner guests all like what they had so overall a good experience. I would like more creative cocktails and better chips.

Not as good as years past. They reduced the items on the menu. Queso Fundido were great as usual. But my fajitas were just average this time. And I realize inflation has hit hard, but $193 for 3 of us was a lot.

The food was average and overpriced and there was a long wait for our meal. The chips were stale like bricks and after waiting a long time for our main course, it was cold. Although we didn’t have the best experience, the staff was very nice and accommodating. I wouldn’t go back, unless I was staying at the all inclusive hotel that’s attached to the restaurant.
