   The location is super, our waitress was very kind. But de prices are high and you don't get much food. The burger was good, but the only you get is a burger and a little bit of fries

   Very accommodating. We booked for 5pm but needed to reschedule for 6pm. They accommodated no problem. Also, brought the little kids food out before the adults. Great server. Just a little loud though.

   This was fun - the service was great! The grilled chix Caesar salad and potato skins were good...but the kid’s chicken tenders were awful, almost inedible, all gristly and gross. It’s a classic place but you don’t really go for the food.

   Honestly I was expecting more ambience! I had been to a Hard Rock Cafe before and I was expecting the manicans with the musicians and more music paraphernalia. I just didn't feel that vibe here. Portions were huge which was great, but wish I knew how big the the nachos were before ordering. It was pricey but maybe that is normal for Niagara Falls. Server was awesome!

   Our server was outstanding, he made a lot of extra effort after the front desk kind of just threw us at a table we didnt fit in. He was very considerate and attentive given how busy it was.

   We were in town for a hockey tournament…..was our final night and we wanted celebrate……we played hard but came up short…..the staff took on a group of 35-40…..they did a great job!!

    Service staff was friendly . food was slow arriving . One order was wrong , but not an issue . chicken breasts were over cooked and dry . Chicken wings were over cooked as well . For the money I think I would eat somewhere else next time .

    Allow me to explain my 1 star rating. I planned my husband and his twin brothers 40th Birthday centration's (13 people) to only be unmannerly turned away. Not by the hostess she was fantastic so sweet. Upon walking I was allowed in by showing my paper vaccine passport and ID. My sister was not even asked for any prof of anything and then my 70 year old mother forgot her ID so I went back to the room to get it. Once I return she was allowed in and I was turned away as my phone was having issues and I was unable to show the QR code. Yet I was allowed 5 min prior. I have had 3 shots and had the paper passport and ID to prove it. I follow all rules and am trying o do my part to help Ontario's economy get back to "normal" and all I get in return is 2 most unprofessional managers (one young guy and a pregnant women) yelling threatening to call security. That’s how you treat 13 people bring more then $1000 to your pockets….Even security laughed we were not doing anything other then responsibly explain what happened. All I wanted to do was celebrate my husband 40th birthday. Security even laughed with us at them calling...The mangers escalated the situation for no reason. If you ask me a feel the name got to there heads a little…lol I am a manager and I would never speak to any customer of mine like this. I must say though the server was so kind and very respectfully trying to assist. He even said the words “I am here to help I know the front staff can get rude with customers”. He wanted to help. At this point I was not interested in giving ,y hard earned money to this unprofessional business. If I was being so belligerent I could have asked my entire party to leave. I would never I am 40 and I know how to handle myself and allow others to enjoy themselves with or without me. This Niagara Falls team needs to definitely rethink the front of the line management staff. I suggest eat anywhere else Niagara has many choices don’t make the same mistake I did. I wil

    Our server was great. The band was good too. We were going to be seated next to them which would have suited me fine but a member of our party wears hearing aids and would be completely overwhelmed by that noise level. The food was decent but the prices are ridiculous. My local at home has a better atmosphere and literally the prices are half. I guess it’s because you have a captive audience of tourists with money to spend. For me it was to say I’ve been to the Hard Rock.

    We only came here for the live music since our theatre performance got canceled due to Covid. While the food/drinks are pricey, our meals were excellent, and the staff was efficient, friendly, and attentive in spite of the difficult times. The band was good as well. All in all, worth the trip.

    The food arrived cold and tasteless. Not worth the money. My last experience at the cafe was pre-covid snd everything was fantastic. Will not be going back!

    Host/hostess stand seemed unorganized and although we requested a booth we had to strongly reiterate this request to get one. Our server was fantastic, upbeat and friendly along with great service. The food was adequate but overpriced for what we got. We had mentioned when reserving that it was a birthday dinner but they didn’t seem to pay any attention to this. Not even to acknowledge it.

    Menu has been shortened so not as much variety as expected Service was slow. Very little follow up Received burnt chicken on two dishes. They gave another order of chicken, but as follow up was slow, we were almost done dinner by the time they came back.
