It was just a little cold where I was seated. Given the goofiness of the latest governmental rules, they did very well.

Wife and I love this restaurant. We had reserved a table for us on wine Wednesday (half price) a few days prior to lockdown. Good service and our steak sandwich was of good quality and cooked exactly as ordered. Unfortunately server did not introduce herself to us so we are not able to commend her for her good service.
Restaurant was not able to serve the wine we asked for but I guess that's to be expected with the impending lockdown. Restaurant is very safe regarding complying with all covid 19 rules. Will be back once outdoor dining becomes available!

This was our first time eating here and it was a great experience. The food was fantastic and highly recommend this restaurant to eat in. The noise was a little high for us, but after a while the manager came around and they actually turned it down a bit. The serving staff was awesome and it was an overall wonderful time.

Server was more interested in talking to her friend at the neighbouring booth. Forgot our drink order for 20mins then slowly made our drinks and took her time coming to the table. After waiting 30 minutes. She only said “sorry for the wait”

Excellent experience. We were there with my 91 year old mother. Our section was very quiet and our waitress was outstanding! Also, the best eggs Benny I have ever had!

Perhaps with the limited seating capacity - the waitresses should pay attention to all the customers they are serving, and quit bs ing with the 3 guys at the bar behind us. Poor service, slow service, when it’s not busy and your ignored by your waitress for drinks, not followed up on and your waitress bsing and flirting with the 3 guys at the bar - and you can hear the conversation so it’s not like they were just ordering drinks.

One of our most favourite places in Edmonton. No one treats you better.

Came here with my boyfriend for lunch and the girl that was serving us came off as nice at the beginning and then after a while I noticed that every time she came to ask something she would always stand right next to him and only referred the question to him. She acted as if I didn't even exist while I was sitting right across. After when my boyfriend finished his drink, she asked if he wanted a refill and mine was still good. The second time she came around, my glass was empty and she didn't bother asking if I need anything, or if she can even get me a refill. Every time she came back how "we're" doing, I saw her looking at my empty glass but didn't care to ask if I need anything else.

I normally come here with my friends and the service is always good, and everyone is super nice. This was my first experience with my boyfriend and it definitely was not flattering in any way. Super rude attitude towards me while she only asked questions to my boyfriend, and asked if HE was doing okay and needed anything. If you're looking for a cute place for lunch, I would definitely recommend since the food is actually good, coming here with a date, wouldn't really recommend based off my personal experience :)

After speaking with Management about our last experience, we went back to try Brunch and was very happy. One of the best Egg Benedicts I've ever had! Fantastic service also!

Asian cauliflower is delicious This place is a bit on the pricey side and that is my only complaint. Grilled cheese sandwich which was delicious and included short rib in it was over 22.00.

They clearly never threw out the old open kegs since being locked down from Covid. Got super sick. Was over charged during happy hour. Food was ok way over priced. Best thing was the service and the butterfinger cheesecake. Was recommended this place and was disappointed.

Our steak sandwich was not great, tasted funny. Server did not bring us water or extra things we asked for. We had to ask three times for water and finally flagged another server down. We didn't eat our food and nothing was ever asked or mentioned about why. She was friendly, just not efficient. Definitely not normal for Hart's as I go there a lot and this has never been the case.

Seated at the reservation time. Servers were friendly and attentive. Music was excessively loud. Asked to have it turned down which was done immediately, greatly appreciated as I could hardly hear the waitress. Food was ordered and came out in quick order. One small note is that drinks were missed, as several people took our order. Also maybe an idea to outfit the waitresses with a tablet to take orders this would avoid the check in to confirm order and temperature of meats. Overall good food and service would return.

We had the Valentines Day brunch which was beautifully presented and the food quality was excellent and so delicious. Our server was attentive and friendly. It was a most enjoyable way to celebrate!

Valentine’s Day Brunch. Reservations for 10 am. Restaurant mostly empty until about 11 am, yet all the desirable tables by the window and the booths were left unoccupied while the 3 tables with clients (including us) were all in the dark areas by the bar. This happened to me before at this location, and the reason I was given for not being able to switch tables was that “those tables were reserved”. And yet, they remained empty for more than an hour after I arrived.

Booked/confirmed reso on OpenTable, but when we showed up, had a Seinfeld moment - they were able to take the reso, but not hold the reso. Strange though, my gf used the same reso process for her friends the previous Wed with success. They quickly set up an area by the windows for us to sit, and stated we would get the next available table, but saw party after party get seated. Was done after that - girlfriend was cold and had to wear her coat. Had brussel sprouts to start - oily on the bottom, but the mains were good. Server was prompt and attentive. Gf will come back with her friends, but I'm pretty much done with this establishment.

Overall the food was great! However I book the location because of their Valentines Day Special which I selected when booking. When we arrived we were told it was on hold which I do not understand and we wait an hour until it was off of the “hold”. This was very discouraging, yes they gave us a free appetizer while we were waiting bit why were we waiting if I had indicated our desire when I made the reservation. When the food dod come it was amazing.

Harts is comfortable but elevated. I’d happily watch a football game as get dressed up for some fine dining.

Honestly very disappointed tonight. We’d been waiting to go somewhere as a family for some time due to restrictions and this place totally didn’t deliver.
When we were sat all 5 of us were crammed around a little round table. When asked if we could move to the giant booth the hostess was very quick to say how busy they were and that it wasn’t possible. Oh well we thought let’s enjoy the night anyway.

Every two minutes a cold rush of air came into the restaurant freezing us due to all of the deliveries they were doing through skip the dishes..

We waited over 45 minutes for our food as we saw 50+!orders going out the door in brown bags. Our server a delightful young woman was very apologetic. I made a point of saying you’d think dining in customers would take precedence over togo orders. She-was kind and tried her best to get our food out. It all came
Out disjointed a few dishes at a time and my youngest daughter got her food las 15 min after ours.
Not the experience we were hoping for. Food when served was great just totally disappointed in the experience.

Oh and the huge booth we (5) of us wanted went to a couple near the end of our visit.

Tried to give them the benefit and support a local place but We left to get dessert elsewhere...

Great food and service! Brussels sprouts were phenomenal. We’ll be back for sure!
