It was unassuming.
Just a wonderful spot in the heart of Napa Valley. Enjoy a Sunday brunch on the patio.
It was fine...surprised the menu was brunch...at 1:00. The special soup was outstanding. I had the steak and frits(no sauce lots of fries) ...husband had the salmon, was good, others had the egg dishes and avocado toast. sat on the porch. Got to say the service was great, and we were out of there in 40 minutes because we told our server we needed to leave in an hour and half. He said no problem, I can make it happen.
My husband and I stayed at The Harvest Inn 2 years ago and were so excited to return! Unfortunately, we both were a bit disappointed with our recent stay. Our first visit we loved the Harvest Table so much that we ate there two nights in a row. This time around, we were surprised to see the fixed menu. Not much variety
It was a beautiful night, outdoor seating was great the food and wine pairing were perfect, everything was so fresh and service was tremendous, we were celebrating our anniversary and the staff all greeted us and wished us all the best! Highly recommend to everyone!
short staffed....very expensive for a limited tasting menu
Delicious, but we have to wait 1 hour for an outdoor table even we have reservation there.
The food was incredible and the service great
Third time here, first time disappointed. Service was way off. First had to ask for a wine list (in Napa!) then our server did not seem to know the wines, then an order was wrong. Server poured tap water on top of sparkling water. Not great.
Wonderful omelet! The atmosphere was very nice on the porch, they have heaters. They do not have special coffees like lattes/cappuccino- just drip.
Absolutely fantastic spot. Wonderful dishes with wine pairings. Exceptional outdoor romantic setting. And walking the grounds of the Harvest Inn afterwards magical! Might just have to stay here next time through Napa!
Great food - great wine pairing - great service. Looking forward to returning.
Good location at the Harvest Inn for our stay but the food portions were disappointing
Been there a few times definitely the worse time. Service well not very good never brought us menus, uncorked our wines but never came an poured. Food was over salted and marginal. I understand the issue with finding staff but there were plenty of people not sure they knew what to do.
What a delightful peaceful place to find. Food was great--we had the halibut, smoked salmon toast, and eggs benedict. Oh and the bloody mary was fantastic as well!
Food is really bad. We tried all the dishes, vegetarian, fish and pork chops. Uncooked food. Salad had no dressing. Quantity was so less, we all had to eat food outside after a full course dinner.
Very mediocre food. Wait staff very pleasant. Vacuous atmosphere. Did not have wines on wine list.
Mushroom “tartine” was very small piece of toast with mushrooms on top. It was tasty. We asked for 2 more which we got and we were charged $30 extra for those.
Food was good. Fixed menu so bot very much selection.
We have previously been to Harvest Table and enjoyed it. This night the food was just mediocre and less food was served. The kitchen was very slow in delivering our food. They have changed their way they deliver food from a family style to individual portions.
Food is ordinary, we love the service and the quite place.
The service was impeccable and the location in Napa is nice. However, the food was disappointing for a Michelin Guide restaurant. We had the flat iron steak, halibut and the Wagyu burger among us. Only the halibut was passable. The flat iron steak was unbelievably tiny and not tasty at all. Overall quite disappointing.
Nothing like their online presence. Cannot recommend.
Honestly….about the strangest dining experience we’ve ever had. Everything, with the exception of the food, was just off. We weren’t greeted for drinks etc… for a very long time. Then it was fast & furious to get our order. The menu that was sent to us in advance was not the menu that they offered. They were adamant that there was no additional bread to be had (even though they served a tartine). When they finally got the “ok” from the chef to allow us to have some extra bread they brought us 2 tiny pieces . They wine list was over priced . It was all just very discombobulated .
This restaurant is on the grounds of The Harvest Inn. We sat outside on a pretty, atmospheric terrace. The appetizers and entrees each consisted of two dishes that were served sharing style. The dessert was served individually. Everything was attractively presented and tasty. While not huge portions, it was just enough to leave us full at the end. It was an elegant, upscale meal. We had the Priority Wine Pass, which saved us $30 so it was a good value.
Nice service, quite place
Limited menu with low quality ingredients. Not tasty, small portions. Inattentive service.
Incredible food, beautiful presentation, amazing experience. Definitely will return
When we ate here a few months ago it was amazing.
We felt rushed as soon as we sat down. The food was not great. The soup was ok. The Halibut & steak were cooked perfectly they just did d not have any flavor! The dessert was terrible. I don’t want peanut butter with wine…it was inedible.
We made a last minute dinner reservation because we finished our wine tasting earlier than expected. We arrived at the restaurant to learn it is in a hotel. We noticed there we were the only diners. Turns out that was a telling sign. The food was a price fix menu. We could not do a la carte. So it was $60 per person. Unfortunately the food was not up to the standard we come to expect from this area. We recently had a superb meal at another place in downtown Napa so we had some expectations. Fortunately, The staff was friendly and provided adequate service. However, we are only going to remember the peanut butter mousse dessert which Gordon Ramsay would have said looked like a pile of poo poo. It was a total fail. We were all thinking of the strawberry tart we recently had at another Napa restaurant made by a former French Laundry pastry chef and wished we had that to finish off the meal instead.
We had the prefixed menu and it was delicious! The salmon was buttery and fresh, and the chicken was tender and flavorful. The desserts were also amazing! Incredible service and a very romantic ambiance.
Nice pre fix menu , our server was fantastic as well as the rest of the staff. Location is perfect with calm ambiance.
Saturday brunch/lunch. Very pleasant and professional staff provide solid service. Appropriately attentive. Our appetizers were terrific (salad and fries). The entrees were…ok. The avocado toast was good but undistinguished. The Wagyu burger was over cooked and the meat was crumbly. The other entree (chilequiles) was very flavorful, well prepared and plated. We had one glass of white wine at the table which was ok in flavor but only slightly cooler than room temperature.
Great food, great service
The food was horrible and insanely overpriced for what it was.
Lovely breakfast; came specifically for the peanut butter smoothie. Had eggs, steak breakfast. Nice ambience! The service was polite, but dry. Would go back!
Wonderful experience. We went for breakfast. Food was great. Our server was adorable. The area is beautiful and quaint and quiet.
The property is beautiful but the outdoor dining area doesn't make you feel that you are in the nature. The tasting, family style menu served a lot of food, large portion but chickens were very difficult to cut and share.
Celebrating our anniversary this week. Loved everything about our experience. The only drawback was the salmon was a little overcooked, otherwise, an awesome experience.
as always outstanding food and service - great brunch menu with options from toast to pasta and steak frites to please every taste in the party.
