    Lovely experience in Harvey’s restaurant. Staff very friendly and attentive. Safe and comfortable experience.. Very varied menu and good value. Have been here before and will definitely be back again

    Service was brilliant ! So good that they noticed I was slightly cold and brought a heater to me. I was impressed with the attention to detail and welcoming staff. Food was great too which was definitely a bonus. Highly recommend

    The food and drinks were good but service was quite slow. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The starter was top restaurant quality but was let down by the mains. They have gluten free options.

    Very great ambiance, relaxed, perfect for a romantic date, the food was very good and the staff was very cordial. I felt the temperature in the restaurant was quite cold!

    Had a very lovely evening celebrating our Granddaugter’s birthday .?charming very hard working front of house gentleman carried the whole show supervised and worked so hard all evening . Sorry have forgotten his name but well done and thank you . Will certainly be back . Children loved the fuss and attention he gave them . Again thanks . Marion .

    Exceptional service all night and it’s clear to see the manager runs a very smooth and amazing dining experience with his exceptional waiting team. The food was excellent and a credit to the chef and team.

    Food and service was very good but the restaurant was freezing so the overall experience was not good! It’s not enjoyable to eat when you are miserably cold. Would go back but only on a sunny day…!

    Requested a quiet table on booking due to a family loss. The host laughed at my request, told me to embrace the noise and sat me along the walkway in. It was very unprofessional and was not expected.

    We had an awful experience on Friday evening, we arrived ten minutes late (we tried to ring several times but it wasn't ringing or connecting) we were met by a very very rude manager when we arrived at 8:10pm to say that the kitchens were now closing, it seemed very strange that the kitchen bead closing just after we were due to arrived he wasn't apologtic and seems a strange way to treat customers just after opening. We won't be back.

    Steak arrived without arugula. Server didn’t seem to understand this was described as being included. Had to remind her to bring our veg and took so long she eventually took them off the bill. Ordered coffee-never arrived.

    Unfortunately the service wasn’t great. The food was really quite poor. Roast beef that looked like it had been sitting around a while. The kids’ meals were wrong. Shame because we used to like coming here.
