   The food was just bad. We eat at the one on Sahara a lot … and the food is good there. The potatoes were undercooked . The sausage links were over cooked and shrunken small. The gravy was almost brown and nasty. I sent mine back and my family didn’t eat their potatoes. Luckily they ate some of their pancakes and waffle because the rest of the food stunk. We were so disappointed. We wanted to go to this local HH to get away from the popular Sahara location but we ended up regretting it.

   Four us dined for breakfast on March 11th. We made a reservation because we knew Saturday would be busy. Our server was not very friendly and a little impatient. Four of us ordered, but only three meals came out. I had to flag someone down to get our waiter to tell him that I never got my meal. He went into the kitchen, then came back and said they were now making it. No apology. No manager table visit to apologize. No taking the meal off the check. Nothing. The meal came out when the others were almost done. Food was good, and the portions are generous. But when you spend almost $100 on breakfast for four people, the service should definitely be better.

   Front-of-house service was slow. Took a while to get menus, took awhile for anyone to take our drink order and then our food order and it was slow to get all of the items also. Food was good. Large portions, as always. One person got the fried chicken salad and asked for it to be Nashville Hot and the server asked if they had ever had the Nashville Hot because it was REALLY hot. They actually ended up asking for more sauce on the side to do extra dipping. So if you're a fan of spicy, don't be afraid to try it. I know everything is going up these days but the prices seemed to be a bit much. Why is iced tea $5 with a charge for refills? I don't think we'll be rushing back.

    Loved it! The food was delicious the staff was so welcoming and enjoyable. We had two little kids with our table and the staff was so helpful with them. This is a great family spot for sure! Thank you

    Everything was good overall our waiter was not. He wasn’t bad, but he was kind of nonexistent didn’t do anything on his own. We had to ask for everything and then, even when we asked, we didn’t get it he forget I even had to go to the kitchen myself to get creamer because we couldn’t get anybody to bring it but the food was excellent. The rest of the staff was wonderful. The atmosphere was great.

    They don’t honor reservation times. We (along with many others) waited 20+ minutes past our reservation time. Our waitress was nice, but wasn’t very attentive and brought our three meals out with 5-7 minutes between each one. The food was cold and the quality has declined. We love this place, but are going to try the Sahara location.

    It was "Ok" not really worth the hype. It's was good, not great. Need to have someone walking around during busy hours with coffee and water refills. Also, you would think this place would have hashbrowns for their hash skillets. Instead it's county potatoes. The skillets would be better with the hashbrowns. Service was lacking. Not attentive besides taking order and bringing food.

    I have not been here in years. We actually were initially planning on going to BJ’s but BJ’s looked super busy so good thing we drove around the parking lot and noticed Hash house a go go! First time at this location, it was not busy and the food and drink were excellent!

    Thanksgiving dinner was delicious! The stuffing and gravy were my favorite with the mashed potatoes being a close second. Brooklyn, was my server and she’s an absolute sweetheart. Very attentive and so very kind. She’s a keeper for sure. I hope you’ll recognize Brooklyn, for ‘outstanding service’ I never had to wait or ask for anything. Brooklyn, is on it.     We had reservations for 10:15am, and still stood there for half an hour before being seated. It was busy, but my 80 year old parents were stuck standing around for 30 minutes. We were seated. The service was slow. They were busy, and just like everywhere else these days, seemed short-staffed. Once food was ordered, the food took quite some time to come out. The food also came out with half of it about 5-10 minutes before the second half of our table of five. The presentation of the food is always big and pretty, and it was pretty good. Overall, it was not a good experience though. They shouldn’t give you a reservation for a time and then make you wait a half hour longer to be seated. It’s just okay, but not likely worth the wait.
