    I booked a reservation on OpenTable last Saturday. We arrived to the restaurant but my reservation wasn’t there. I was given a table by the door and it was so cold. I asked the hostess to change my table but forget about me. We ordered and waited for the food for too long. The meat was undercooked and the cauliflower was crispy in the outside, cold inside. We ordered shisha with our meal and every time we have to ask for charcoal. The atmosphere and the decor are very nice. My first experience wasn’t the best but I will it an other chance. This is not criticism but feed back for the restaurant to improve.

    I've been to Hashtags Garden a few times now, and it never disappoints. The ambiance is perfect for a relaxed meal, whether you're catching up with friends or celebrating an occasion. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything I've tried has been delicious. The ingredients always taste fresh, and the presentation is on point. What I love most about Hashtags Garden is how they manage to create a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere. It’s a place where you can unwind and enjoy a great meal without feeling rushed.

    Let me start out complementing the atmosphere and vibe. It’s apparent a lot of thought was put in creating the space. The food is equally as amazing. Plentiful and delicious. Unfortunately the bathrooms are in quite disarray and we were disappointed in the service. Just felt like we were a bother to the staff.

    The food is overpriced and not good at all. Only the ambiance was good. I won’t go their again. I am also not satisfied with the customer service. The server was lost somewhere and me and my friends have to literally ask her for her attention when we were placing our order.

    The service was terrible! Our group of eight was dining at the restaurant for my son’s 20th birthday, but the staff showed no eagerness to serve us. First, when we ordered drinks, they didn't come in the glasses shown on the menu. When we asked the server about it, he rudely replied, "Did you come to try the drink or the glass?" Next, our appetizers arrived without any cutlery for the dips. After waiting for a few minutes, I had to go to the kitchen myself to ask for it. Then, the shisha we ordered was brought to our table but not set up. The staff member said he would get the mouthpieces and never returned, even though we saw him setting up shishas at other tables. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked the manager to take the shisha back, and only then did we finally get the mouthpieces. I don’t think we will return to this restaurant.

    Design and decor is so beautiful. Food was DELICIOUS and affordable. The waitress took a long time to get to us, but other than that, it was great. Would definitely go back
