   The food was extraordinary and not too costly. The waiter and waitress were nice. However, the staff who lead the guest to the table was a bit cold. Guests could not enter the restaurant before 7 pm and must wait outside. However, more food on the menu would be even better. However, I love every dish I ordered.

   The entertainment (A++), food and service were exceptional. While my favorite server, J.C., was off her replacement, Lisa, was fantastic that evening. She was professional, patient and attentive.

    The vibe and energy of as just what we needed. We Drove from the east coast for a night in the city. Loved the music and the saxophone player. The drinks were unique and tasty. Perfect Birthday night !

    I love this location as one of the classiest locations in Orlando. The ambiance is amazing and the music is always on point. The last 2 times I was there it was as if the waitress was trying to not make eye contact even though she was just ONE table away. Yes it was the same waitress both times. Everyone else there has been a 10 out of 10 and they are truly a class act over there. I plan to be there many many more times!

    The place is beautiful. However, prices are very high and they even charge for a large ice cube, when everything else is so high. Food was not outstanding for the price. Asked about the carrot cake, never ordered, but then it was brought to us. Saw what it was like, but don’t need to go back.

    The management team is not very friendly or accommodating. I made a reservation and was 5 mins late due to the valet wait and they refused to sit us a party of 2 on my friend's birthday. There were at least 4 empty tables I asked several times to be seated but was told they could not seat us however the tables remained empty... I guess they rather have the look of empty tables instead of us ordering food service. The servers and bartenders are great its just management that ruined the experience.

    This was our first time at Haven lounge, book it spontaneously and we really enjoyed it! Laura was our server, she was amazing and so knowledgeable! She even made the perfect non-alcohol drink that was amazing. This will be the first of many visits to the lounge. The food was exquisite tapas style. We throughly enjoyed the grilled octopus and scallops. The live music was a plus! Loved the ambiance.

    Everything at the Haven Lounge is upscale -- the food, the decor, the entertainment (you absolutely must check out Tanner Johnson the violinist), and the staff. Shout our to my waitress, JC. She was professional, prompt and personable. If you're looking for a nice experience head to the Haven Lounge.

    As we entered the lounge we loved the ambiance and they had a violinist playing. We weren’t greeted by our server for 20 minutes after the host sat us. But after she came over she was really nice and descriptive about the menu and area. Our favorite item on the menu was the fries so that says a lot about the food. The calamari would be second and the last thing on our list.

    I really want to love this place, but the service is lacking in a major way. My husband and I waited 20 min for a beer and it probably would have been longer if he didn’t say something. Food was placed on our table with no utensils and we again had to ask and 10 min later we got utensils for our table. The servers could not get a table correct for drinks and food. There just seemed to be lack of structure. For the price point, the service needs to be stronger. I will go back and have faith they will tighten up because I liked the vibe. Great DJ and live band with a little dancing!
