    Parties of 7+ guests are required to have one of our delicious festive sharing menus: Moonlighter, Silvertail or Hawkabelle. These include some of our most popular dishes paired with festive sides, served as a feast to share. Please select one menu for the entire group, as well as one pudding. Your guests will then get all dishes on that menu to share. The team will get in touch with you once your booking is made to find out your menu and pudding preference, as well as any dietary requirements. In the absence of a choice for your group, we will serve the 3-courses Silvertail menu with Sticky toffee pudding (£78pp).     This was our second visit to the Hawksmoor for a special occasion and can honestly say it’s the best restaurant we have ever visited. Not only is the food to die for but the service is just incredible. Friendly, attentive and make you feel so welcome.

    We really enjoyed the cast-iron steak with bone marrow and onions along with creamed spinach and sourdough bread. If you’re looking for a great steak, this is your place. The mash was good but fairly standard and could be made at home. The service was exceptional. Tisa was absolutely fantastic, very attentive and smiled throughout. The noise levels were a little high, however that may have been due to the fact we had a noisy neighbour and the tables were close together. Overall, we felt the food was very good however for the price more could be done to provide outstanding value. If good steak and exceptional service is what you’re looking for then this is your place. However, it is expensive and we felt the quality of the sides could be improved to allow a 5* value rating. Tisa - thank you, your wonderful service is a credit to Hawksmoor.

    My friends and I dined at Hawksmoor Borough on 2 December. We had a fabulous time - great food and wine and delightful service plus a very buzzy but cosy atmosphere. We dined from the Express Menu which was delicious- great value too. I’ve just rebooked for another date with friends later this month. Thank you to all the team - a lovely experience!

    Lovely place, excellent service (Thanks to Thiago that took great care of us), nice wine list, good food, the only negative aspect were the sauces served, peppercorn sauce, bernaise and homemade ketchup. To all of us they seemed tasteless, which in no way elevated the already good level of the food.

    Disappointing. I knew before I went that it would be expensive but I expected an attempt at producing a quality meal. The starters were great. The glass of champagne was fine. The wines were expensive but mediocre. We had an Argentinian Red for £50 which was unremarkable but fine. The Chateaubriand was six slices of meat that that rested for so long the edges had dried. They'd been cooked well (medium rare) but some time earlier. Really disappointing. The sides were OK. Greens, chips, bone marrow and macaroni cheese - nothing to complain about. A large number of staff, attentive when called, but casual to the point of indifference. I doubt if I'd go again.

    We had explained that we only had an hour and 10 to have our 2 course express menu meal because we were going to the theatre. They said that would be fine, but our main course took forever, other people who came later than us were served first and we didn't get to finish our meal. However, they were very apologetic, didn't allow us to pay for our drinks and gave us chocolates. So, somewhat made up for it! The food, by the way, was out of this world.... We will be back when we have a longer window to eat

    3 of the 4 of us chose Steak Diane. However, 2 of us were rather disappointed as the sauce covered the fact that the steaks were fatty and had a lot of gristle which was inedible. My colleague had the monk fish which on reflection I wished I'd have had - as it would have been a better option.

    From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were looked after and given a number of items on the house. Cannot complement the staff (Jamie looked after us very well) more. Fantastic and many thanks

    I took my Mum for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. I made an error with the booking and the FOH team sorted it out seamlessly. The service as always was fantastic, the right balance of attentive and informative without interrupting our meal! And the food is sooo good. We had a lovely touch of chocolates and a birthday candle at the end which was not requested but very much appreciated. Thank you Hawksmoor, my favourite place for steaks and roasts in London

    The service to start was very quick and I relate this to not being very busy and this help with the noise levels. Starters were okay, however, its hard to justify the cost of £21 for 3 small scallops. The steaks were excellent, however, felt slightly let down with the sides especially with the greens/sprouts, really quite hard, I know there is al dente but these two sides were bordering on almost raw. The service started to get quite slow as the restaurant got busier and the noise levels at times quiet unbearable. Would I go again probably not or I would have to think twice.

    Steaks are OK, but expected better quality given the reputation of this restaurant. Ordered chateaubriand and rib eye, the former came cold and the latter was not as tasty as I am used to. Wasn't impressed with the wines either: Malbec blend which is branded as Hawksmoor Blend was decent but not worth the money, another portugese wine Quinta da Boa Esparança unfortunately was a waste.
