   The food was excellent, our server, Rebecca was fantastic but I won't return to this location simply due to how dirty it felt. From the patio door walking back into the restaurant (we sat outside) the door looked as though it had never once been cleaned to the pathway to the restroom with cabinets left open bar stools on top of each other. Bathroom could have been cleaner also. The entire place looks like it has not ever been truly cleaned and that is not welcoming. This is one of the most premier locations in The Woodlands for a restaurant & it could be packed if it was kept in a clean manner & it isn't. Please note, however, the food was excellent as was the service provided by Rebecca.

   My guest liked the sandwich. I left hungry and annoyed. I was going to order the blackened redfish tacos. Wish I had, but took the server’s recommendation to get the Ahi tuna tacos instead. Bad decision. The fish was stringy and raw. She didn’t mention that the fish was “fresh,” not cooked. I don’t eat raw fish. Server also disappeared after delivering plates and one tea refill (warm, no ice). Won’t be back.

   Surly receptionist and terrible table near garbage can and kitchen door. Manager did allow us to change to better location. Overall dingy interior with less than clean appearance. Wait staff were very good but stretched thin. Would not be worthy of second visit for us.

    Had really big expectations for this place I guess. Very disappointing all the way around. The table arrangements and seating looks like a fast food restaurant. Nothing intimate or special about the decor. A large group of 6 was seated next to us and they were the loudest people in the world, yelling, etc. I had to move and sit right next to my date to hear anything she said. The food was very average and not worth the prices they were charging. Service was fair to poor. No understanding of timing. Focus was not on the customer’s experience but just on moving people through.

    Both my daughters ordered the Filet Mignon. The quality of the steaks was extreme poor and appeared to be more of a sirloin than a filet mignon texture and quality. They also both indicated that they were overcooked and almost appeared to be burnt in some areas of the steak. I was not impressed with the crab crusted fish although I did not want the listed sauce so I requested a different sauce on the side. On the bright side the charcuterie board was very nice. I think I will stick with a burger or appetizer next time.

    The service was outstanding. My compliments to the chef. Food was fantastic. Best part was the dessert. To melt for. Must try the bread pudding with ice cream. Highly recommend.

    Food is always great here, wine, too! Service great and we’re always happy when we leave. It’s just the seating is weird - if in the back room you’re just sitting in a dark box and it’s so loud in there, hard floor and nothing else. We always sit outside or in the bar area - but if in bar area avoid the booth/bench seating. The bench is too low for the table, I’m 5’1 and I felt like I needed a booster seat, or two! My husband is 6’0 and even he was a lil uncomfortable. Otherwise really great and we enjoy coming here on a night when we can get away!

    Server either did not want to be there or just had a bad attitude she only warmed up to us at the end of our meal work for a tip. Kitchen was out the pork chop and green beans…how can you be out of a vegetable?!!

    Wow! Such a quaint restaurant that features simply fabulous food, fantastic service and a cozy vibe! Whether you enjoy the waterway views dining outside, sitting next to their warming towers on a chilly day, or soaking up some sunshine on warmer days… to the beautifully decorated inside this place was fantastic from start to finish! Definitely one of the best restaurants in The Woodlands!

    Would have given 5 stars only the portion sizes very small and a bit over priced glad we got an appetizer as well as our meals and my daughter had some of hers to share as the bread pudding French toast was yummy only the portion was child’s size.

For the price I would liked to have my food seasoned a bit more and been more clear about what items had spice in them so I would know before I ordered. Overall, it was a nice date night and we will probably return again the future!

    Our waitress was super friendly and our food came out super quick! Food was really delicious! We both ordered Filet Mignons and had it cooked Medium Rare. It was a little more on the rare side but other than that it was great. Great ambience for a date night, and looking forward to visiting again and trying something new!

    This was our first time @ Hearsay. It was recommended to us by a friend. It did not disappoint. The ambiance was nice, the staff was great, and the food was amazing. The only thing I would say, is that it was a little dark. We had to bring out our phone flashlights to read the menu lol. But other than that, everything and everyone was top notch. We'll definitely be back!
