The food, the staff and the atmosphere are all wonderful at Hearsay, making it our “go-to” restaurant in Ashland. Oh- did I forget to mention the amazing cocktails, especially the ones the accomplished bartender has newly added? My friend and I tried the Clarified Milk Punch and the Gold Rush respectively. They were so good we had to go back in a few days to have another. I so appreciate everything about Hearsay and especially the excellent and caring staff. Thank you all so much ❤️

As always, it was a treat! It's not a big place, so is quite pleasant. Everything was well done, excellent food, attentive servers, even the decore. Just about every table was taken. We had a reservation for 7 so the noise level was much better by the time our dinners arrived. Also, this evening there was a man playing piano...nice touch! When I want a special place for dinner, I always know I'll find it at Hearsay.

Halibut was very tender and cooked just right. Coffee Mousse for dessert was excellent and my gold rush cocktail was delicious. I forgot to order the butter nut squash soup but it sounded very good. The sea scallops were interesting and very good.

While making our way up through Oregon we decided to stay over night in Ashland. Boy! Are we have we did. After our nice time in downtown we went to dinner at Hearsay and were extremely impressed. The food was great! The soup was amazing (butternut squash) and evert entree from the roasted vegetables to the steak and pasta were made with perfection! The atmosphere was very relaxed and calm. Mainly due to the live piano being played. If we ever make our way through Ashland again we will make sure to stop by this amazing restaurant .

Food very good, nicely presented. Pleasant service. We had 5:30 reservations and it was quiet when we arrived. However, about 6:30 the dining area was nearly full and SO loud. The three at my table could not hear each other talk!

This was our first (and it won’t be our last) visit to the Hearsay! The food, our server, the service and all were perfect! We enjoyed the pianist (although at times a wee bit loud, but we enjoyed him and his selections!) We would recommend d the Hearsay to anyone visiting (or living) in Ashland!!!!

Halibut was over done on the outside but was fine on the inside , Desert was French apple cake with salted caramel ice cream, The cake was great but paired with the salted caramel didn't work together for me . And I like salted caramel they just didn't work together .. The interior design was pretty neat

We arrived late due to a HWY closure, and a 3 hour detour on our trip up the coast. The staff accommodated us with a later reservation which was so appreciated. The food was excellent, the service was excellent and so were the staff. We will definitely return when our future travels bring us to Ashland.

We always enjoy Hearsay. Not only are they kind enough to be open on Monday, but they always provide a fun and congenial experience. We were celebrating my birthday with 6 of us and had a delightful time. Lots of yummy appetizers are always available!

Had a reservation for our anniversary, No acknowledgment while waiting to be seated. Finally was seated after 10 minutes of waiting and was ignored for 15 minutes while we watched people seated after us get orders/drinks taken. Very disappointing, had to get up and go else where. Would not go back

Very nice ambience for my wife's birthday, though I thought there would be a candle on her dessert after notifying restaurant on web site and mentioning it to staff twice. Otherwise food was very good. Though my "last piece of halibut" was half the size of someone else dining near us.
