   First time at Hearth restaurant as per my wife's friend recommendation. We celebrated our first wedding anniversary and both of us we're in awe overall from the ambience, the view and most importantly our meals! The food were in good portions, perfectly balanced and great value! We really enjoyed our visit and looking forward to our next!

   We had a lovely evening on our first meal at Hearth's new location. The tables in the centre are a bit close together - the ones around the edge are a little more intimate. We both loved the appetizers (the fish fry and the mushrooms), and my chicken was also excellent. Unfortunately, the polenta gnocci that came with it were a bit bland and mushy (although the corn and crispy chick peas helped). My husband enjoyed the beef stroganoff, but said it was a bit greasy. The wine was enjoyable. Service was great.

   Food always great. Thought the same of the zero proof cocktails a bit pricey. Lacks the charm of the previous location, but the view is gorgeous. Can't wait to try the padio.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Hearth. The menu is amazing - lots for us vegetarians! - and a great wine list. Our server, Amber, was knowledgeable about the menu and provided attentive service. We will definitely be back!

    We celebrated our Mom’s milestone birthday at Hearth and were so pleased with the excellent food and service. The cocktails were delightful and every course was so delicious. Our servers made the day so special for everyone. Thank you Hearth!

    As always we had a fantastic meal at Hearth. Every item ordered was cooked and seasoned to perfection. My only complaint here … we requested not to be seated at a high top table when we made our reservation a week before our dinner and when we were seated it was at a high top table. Our server also did not share with us the appetizer or drink special and we didn’t learn about them until we heard the server at the next table share them after we had already ordered. Otherwise, everything else was flawless!

    We had incredible service. Our server was knowledgeable about each menu item and offered suggestions for beverages that were a perfect fit. The food was incredible, especially the fish fry and the pork (coppa steak). They even sent us away with a couple of their truffles on the house to wish us a happy anniversary.     Definitely preferred the other location's atmosphere. It was cozy, unique with lots of character. The new venue seems very formal in every way. Food was still amazing, atmosphere was lacking.

    They really need to work on their Brunch and Lunch menu. The flavors did not come through. None of the dishes we tried were extraordinary or even close to the standards of a nice restaurant. The chicken sandwich was too dry and could use more flavor. Ham sandwich was avaerage. The peas and carrot pasta was too sour and not enough balance of flavors. Lots of work to do on their menu.

    The only thing I didn’t really like is how I made a reservation but was put in the middle of the restaurant really close to other tables when there were open tables next to the window and bases with more breathing room.

    Very slow service, average food, not at all consistent with the reputation of this restaurant. Disappointing at best, the previous restaurant at the Remai was certainly a few steps above… However hearth is still adjusting to a big move and hopefully will recover soon, all the best!

    It should go without saying, Hearth doesnt miss. Doesnt matter if they just moved from a small space to the first floor of a world-class art gallery. New location is excellent: bright, open, just the right amount of space with really nice touches of midcentury modern furniture and decor. Didnt sit at the bar but I thought it looked really nice with some sweet light fixtures as well. Food is to die for. Do I even have to say that? Popcorn fries to start/share, then I had the chicken and dumplings and my partner had the trout. Took the chocolate caramel tart to go and demolished it within 5 minutes of getting home. Cant beat the view of the river and all the people and pets passing by. So glad a Saskatoon restaurant like Hearth is right in the middle of the city now.

    Lunch at Hearth is my new favorite in Saskatoon. Had the lunch special, fresh lemonade and finished with the sticky toffee pudding (an absolute must)! Don’t sleep on the best lunch in the city, can’t wait to enjoy their patio.
