Hearthstone Lounge

They added the new menu the night we dined, so we tried the chicken and the salmon dish and they were both well prepared and very tasty. Enjoyed a nice bottle of wine with dinner on the last evening of dining in before the latest lockdown. Their service was very nice and lots of space between tables. Very nice night out.

Given the COVID restrictions, only half off the room is available and they book up quickly! We tried the charcuterie and a few cocktails- lovely and light!

food as well prepared, ordered a charcuterie board and the items were good, the board itself was old and worn and didnt present the food well. Table had a bad rock to it that was very annoying. Waitress was in my opinion very good. for the high end price one should expect a newer interesting looking charcuterie board and a table that is stable.

Great family dining food for everyone, the Pines should take note of the menu at this location.

It was in the hotel so we ate there not wanting to go anywhere

Had the fish and chips. Fries were some of the best I ever had. Fish was OK, but the batter was thick, greasy and hard. Coleslaw was bland. Carrot soup to start was good, but cooked without discernible seasoning. Prices were high, but typical of Jasper. Service was above average.

This restaurant is in the Sawridge Hotel. Its a good value especially if you're staying at the hotel, good food, good service but not really a special night out kind of place.

Food was delicious. Our waitress, Marilou was wonderful and very kind. Service was great. We loved it so much we went back the next night for dinner too. Had same great service on second night too!

The drinks were good but the food was average at best. Way over priced for what you get. Will not be dining here again. My medium steak was more then well done.

We were looking for a nice restaurant for an anniversary dinner but in November many are closed for a break before the winter season. The Hearthstone Lounge was more informal than I wanted and the menu is limited but the food we ordered was perfectly prepared and delicious. The staff were attentive and friendly and the service was quick. It was a lovely evening out.

Had a very disappointing Thanksgiving dinner with family at the Hearthstone Lounge. The turkey and stuffing had very little flavor. Turkey seemed like a cooked rolled breast cut into thick slices not sliced from a whole cooked turkey hence the lack of flavor. All plates were cold and food was barley warm. Carrots were the mechanically stripped variety. Soup was good as were the short ribs (unfortunately also barely warm). Overall not the quality expected for the price.

We really enjoyed our meal. It was excellent and the waitress went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional.
