We had a fantastic dining experience at Heather Lodge! The food was outstanding, the service was wonderful and the ambience was warm and cozy. I appreciated the little extra birthday recognition in the table's centerpiece and can't wait to return.

The food was good but not super imaginative, consisting of typical fare. The service was just okay, we had to pour our own water a few times after waiting for 10 plus minutes for a refill. The dining room was somewhat loud due to a large group sharing the space. Overall, I would say, not worth the considerable price tag.

Dined with friends to celebrate her birthday, and our wedding anniversary. Table was nicely decorated for us, pre diner drinks well made. Food was beautifully presented, and delicious…cooked perfectly. One of our favourite places to dine, staff is polite and service impeccable. Would recommend for any special occasion.

We enjoyed all 4 courses... the food was FANTASTIC! My only criticism would be that the courses were served way too fast without any breather in between. We prefer to have a little bit of time in between courses to enjoy our wine and some conversation. We felt a bit rushed.

This was my first visit to Heather Lodge and upon arrival we realized outside seating was a better option. They accommodated us no problem. I was with my son and we had a wonderful evening. Food was delicious and service was impeccable.

We had made a note that it was our anniversary and our table looked lovely with Happy Anniversary sign and hearts. Lovely beverage selection. Every course delicious and beautifully presented. Waitstaff lovely, and restaurant and setting sp pretty.

Love Heather Lodge! Food is amazing and so is the ambiance and Lodge. The desserts were disappointing the last 2 times and would prefer the 3 course meal with the option to exclude dessert.

Food and service great as always. Sat outside, a few mosquitoes were after us, staff brought citronella candles. Suggest the purchase of a skeetervac to control the insects, they work great, we have one.

Everything about Heather Lodge is wonderful, especially if you’re lucky enough to meet Maria one of the owners. Every time we’ve been - breakfast or dinner has always been excellent, very consistent in quality and service - best value in cottage country by far. I can’t forget to mention the beauty of the lodge and the spectacular lake views. One of our favourite places to dine in all of Ontario.

The atmosphere and food at Heather Lodge's dining room made our 40th Anniversary celebration very special. The wait staff were engaging, very friendly and even put decorations on our table to mark the event! Every bite was a heavenly experience. We will definitely be back again!!
