Incredible food, presentation and service. Had an amazing time and will definitely be ordering from them during the lockdown!

The food was fantastic, great portion sizes as well. Our waitress was very pleasant and went out of her way to make our experience the best.

Loved this place! Delicious food for a reasonable price. Went around 6:00pm and it wasn’t too busy. It definitely picked up as the night went on though. Great casual atmosphere and our server was lovely! Highly recommend. Go here and not to Fresh haha

Service was a bit slow but we weren't in a hurry so I didn't mind. When we caught the attention of the person waiting on us, the response was very quick. Food was great, had a nice unhurried evening.

I am not a vegetarian but have chosen to eat here again as the flavours are SO good. I’ve loved the Lasagne with the most amazing side salad. Love this place.

The food is amazing fresh and great tasting. The only thing was the server had a bit of a attitude problem after my data's dish was something she didn't like and asks to have it heated up.

There was no host to seat us, the bartender just told us to sit anywhere and didn’t even check for reservations. Being our first time there the server didn’t ask if we had any questions, she didn’t even ask if we wanted any cocktails. She just took our order and left.
We received our apps before the cocktails and had to ask to get them after several minutes. The table next to us was seated after we gave our order and they got their drinks before us. She walked passed us several times before clearing our appetizer dish and didn’t clear our used dishes or provided new utensils. We waited at least another 20 min for our main dish one which was a salad. The food was ok but not worth the poor service.

Food and concept was really good. Sliders is a must try. Service was disappointing. The server lady (I hope she is not the manager or owner)had a little bit of attitude and no willingness to answer and help with menu questions. Maybe it was due to the fact that she was alone and it got busy. Considering how small it is I don’t believe they have a second server any day. Someone behind the bar or kitchen jumped in to help service. Cold atmosphere and nothing special. Attention to detail will make this place cozy and a reason to come back.

Full disclosure: I love meat.

That being said, I would eat here every damn day because the food is that good.

I've eaten here many times and was totally unimpressed this time. Service was very slow. After getting our meal no one came back to ask how things were.

Roasted cauliflower was steamed which was a huge let down. Same with the sautéed veggies. Literally a plate of broccoli and cauliflower. No flavour. A meal that for the most part was steamed or boiled for $70.

Fun and inventive food

Had one of those experiences where you order before other tables, but the other tables receive their food first and are already onto dessert you receive your meal. We were a bit perplexed by how long it took to bring us two mains and my food was barely warm when it arrived. No explanation for delay. We sat for about 20 minutes after we had finished our app and drinks, waiting for the server to come back so we could order another drink while we waited for our mains. The tables are incredibly close together. I had the server's backside so close to me as she was talking to the table next to us that I couldn't raise my left arm to properly use my knife and fork. There are so many other great vegan places to eat. I would not go back. The whole thing was just very uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed the food (as always!), but since we were close to the door is was rather cold. The service was great!

A good place to take vegetarian-inclined folks with a decent variety of dishes, although the back area is a little tight with chairs bumping against each other, so it was good that we went later when it was less busy. Service was slow all throughout though and it was took a while to catch their attention; I could see that they were busy serving etc., which makes it feel like they were slightly understaffed even in their less busy period.

Overall experience was mediocre. Even though there was an option to select special occasion - anniversary, I don’t think they’ve taken that into account. Food was okay for the value. We sat by the wall and didn’t order drinks, not sure if that affected the service. We were asked if we want to try their home made hot sauce but was never brought to us. Wouldn’t return.

Really tasty and creative vegetarian food! Great atmosphere, friendly staff and a really nice patio space. Prices were reasonable too. Would definitely recommend.

The food and service was excellent. My only criticism is that the music was too loud. The staff did turn the sound down at my request.

This is the second time we’ve been to this restaurant and I can confirm that what we hoped was a one off of bad service seems to be the norm. The food was good enough but the fact that our waitress could not have cared less, didn’t bring menus or refill our water canister without us having to physically go to the bar after 20 minutes to ask for it means that I probably won’t give it a 3rd chance.

This was my fifth dining experience at Hello123 and each time I’ve been incredibly pleased. Food is delicious, healthy, affordable and creative. There are a variety of different options (all vegetarian or vegan, I believe) with many elements/ ingredients in each dish creating vibrant textures and flavours. The servers are all so lovely, genuine and accommodating, with a great understanding of the menu.
The $10 cocktail and wine specials are appreciated!
I’ve sat on the patio in warmer months and loved it, inside is hip and the soft lighting in the evenings adds to the ambiance.
My only issue is that the music can be quite loud (but this is expected for Queen st West). I don’t mind but for my mother, it can often be a hindrance to our dining experience. When, in my reservation notes, I requested to be sat at a quiet table they were accommodating of my needs.

Not the best Vegan restaurant Toronto has to offer, but some of their dishes were a hit! Like their roasted cauliflower forever appetizer/with pomegranate... and their chocolate avocado mousse was neat.

Seats at the back of the restaurant feel very cramped. The front of the restaurant and patio is where it's at. Loved the food as always and great cocktails too! One of the better plant-based restaurants in the city.

It’s now one of my favourite places to eat the food is so delicious and I had no worries about getting cross contamination with my celiac. I would recommend it to anyone vegan or not. The staff was incredibly nice and always came to the table to pour more water in our glasses and talk to us about how we enjoyed our food. Definitely a 10/10 place

It was a pleasant surprise to find out we could sit outside on your patio to enjoy good food on a summer evening.

Beautiful evening for the patio which is cute and cozy. Excellent recommendations from our server for food and drink. Drink special hibiscus sunrise perfect for warm evening. Nachos are a must-have and were generous enough for 4 of us to share. 2 appetizers (nachos being one) and 2 main course all shared so we could take in all of the incredible flavours. A truly varied flavour palette in each dish. One of the best vegan places we’ve tried.

I had the veggie burger and found it to be rather tasteless. I need to visit the restaurant again and to try another entree before I form an opinion.

We are fans of this restaurant. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. My favorite meal is Irene's Massive Breakfast. We love going there for brunch.
