   Service was not what you would expect from a "nice" restaurant. The scallops and sticky toffee pudding were the only decent parts about the visit. The server was short with answers and it's probably the first time I've left less than 20% for a tip. The Lobster Risotto was overpowered with truffle oil.

   It was our first time and was really looking forward to eating at Hell’s Kitchen that I reserved for more than a month. I had very high expectations based on videos and reviews from food critiques… but I was disappointed. First, the scallops looked like they have been seared much earlier and been sitting there, they looked dry. Not the look of just seared and buttery. Taste was just ok. The dessert just tasted like a banana bread, wet with too much sweet caramel sauce and topped with a scoop of ice cream. The presentation was plain, like serving at home in a small shallow brown cereal bowl which had the same color as the bread. No garnishings, no nuts or even a dusting of whatever to create a texture. Could have been served in a big white plate, deep in the middle where the dessert is placed. However, I must say, the Beef Wellington was great! Cooked just right, medium rare, the sauce complements it and the presentation was great. The servers were polite and the place was huge and nice inside. Another good point that I must mention was that the tip was based on total before tax. Gordon Ramsey should have a surprise visit with the food already served on the table before he appears to eat.    We booked a reservation online for my Girlfriends birthday dinner. Upon arrival, we were impressed by everyone’s professionalism. Our waiter was very attentive in the beginning, we got an app and ordered entrees at once. Also I got a beer. After getting my beer, we received our scallops. From then on, we were not checked on by our server at all until it was time for dessert. There was a young man who continuously filled our waters and was way more attentive than our actual server. Once we got our entrees, it was a little disappointing to see that the Filet didn’t come with a side. The quality just wasn’t worth the value,though it tasted fair. I was never asked if I wanted another beer, and I never got the opportunity to ask for one considering he was never present. We got the sticky toffee pudding and it was delicious. We waited for the server to bring the check for about 20 minutes. Once we received the bill we waited another 15 for him to pick it up. And around that same time to bring the receipt back. Overall food was good wouldn’t say work the the value nor the experience.

   Hells kitchen was everything I imagined and dreamed it would be the food the service the experience was fantastic. I was however. Taking back that the dress code was not enforced. This place is that amazing experience. So many people nice and presentable. It was sad to see that others wore T-shirts, Shorts, team jerseys. Website has a dress code listed.

    I asked in my reservation to give us the best seat in there and they delivered!!! They acknowledged that it was my boyfriends birthday!! He was shocked!! They gave us a free dessert! Thank you to the staff and our waiter for giving us this experience!!

    The food was phenomenal once we received jt, but took an extremely long amount of time to get it to us. Our waiter transitioned off of our table mid-service to help other tables instead across the room, so that was a bit odd, but otherwise the experience was exactly as I had hoped it would be.     I wasn’t impressed. Perhaps I had too high of an expectation but off the party I was with no one is interested in returning. The waitress was wonderful but the food just disappointed. The Lobster Risotto was ok, but nothing to go back for and the short ribs tasted like dried roast.

    It was our anniversary. Our waiter treated us to a glass of champagne and dessert, which was really nice! Our table was also nice - great view and not too loud. The food was good, but nothing extraordinary. We did not order the signature dish.. maybe should have. ?

    My fiancé and I dined her for his birthday celebration. We enjoyed the braised short ribs, Brussels sprouts, Mac n cheese, and of course the Sticky Toffee Pudding! Our service was wonderful.

    Everything was amazing. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars was due to them not sitting one person parties. I was forced to sit at the bar. I’m not a fan of that and if I’m going to spend good money on a meal I want to sit in peace. Some of us enjoy a nice lonesome dinner.

    It lived up-to and exceeded any expectations we had. My 5 year old wanted to see chef Ramsay but other than that lol the food was impressive and the service was so fast and efficient. I believe it to be one on my memorable meals I’ve ever had in my life. Our family loved it. We had reservations and it was not a long wait. Thank you to the Team of servers, cleaners, cooks and everyone!!! We had the HK 3 course meal, the 5 year old had the Mac n cheese, all we can say is wow and thank you

    Great experience overall. The service and food were amazing! They were all accommodating and also allowed us to split the wine tasting. It was loud and full of people, however that is expected as it is a popular location.
