3rd time to dine there. It was a birthday dinner for my cousin. Kelly our waitress was great the food as always is wonderful. The beef Wellington and brussel sprouts are my favorite. It is pricy but for a special occasion the food is worth it. Wine selection is limited but ok.

Place is small not like Vegas location. The service slow. Waited over an hour for our food. The quality is not the same as Vegas. I preferred Vegas location than Lake Tahoe. Chef Ramsey should do kitchen nightmare type audit at this place. The portion not worth the price. It’s like eating at 🌶️.

fantastic. The wine I was told was also excellent. Cons: The oysters were tiny. The group expressed mixed reviews, so make what you will of that. The beef Wellington was small & the meat quality was fine. The potato puree was exactly as described (not great). The parsnip soup was VERY salty-- otherwise it could have been a favorite. Con: This one deserved its own category. The chicken was bad. The kale bed that it came on was fine. The potatoes were dry, the mushrooms were chewy. But that chicken breast was the most rubbery I've ever had. Someone else tried a piece and mentioned it was rubbery (before I said anything) and I had to explain that he got the soft piece. I tried different pieces of meat but by the 4th bite I spat it out. I couldn't even cut it with the knife! Pro: We all LOVED the sticky toffee pudding. They were surprisingly large and delicious. The waiter brought 2 extra tiny desserts, each with a candle and a beautiful "congratulations" ganache. These were good & very similar to the sticky toffee pudding. Con: They don't validate parking. Valet was $30. Overall I'd say we can PROBABLY make better beef Wellingtons, and we can DEFINITELY make better chicken. I hate to say it but you're not missing much especially at those prices. It was fine.

Wonderful Caesar salad as simple as that is. I love when a Caesar salad isn’t disappointing. The scallops melt in your mouth every bite on the plate was edible. The beef Wellington was equally as delicious (melts in your mouth) . If I could change anything it would be just a bit more potato’s on the plate but other then that well worth the wait and so delicious!!!

After watching many episodes my wife, daughter and I couldn't wait to be tableside, and it was my wife's birthday - but a few things underwhelmed us. First, my wife had a Mi-Tai which was ridiclously packed with crushed it - so much so that only a sip or two emptied out the drink, and we had a mountain of ice - more like a snow cone! She was vocal to me about being ripped-off, but I didn't want to send that back - anyway that was a disappointment. Next, I ordered Bee Cheeks - why? because I never had beef cheeks, and I thought to be adventourous. My mistake - way too salty and I had to send it back. Then my wife and daughter had the 3 course menu, each with their own bread pudding desert - and since it was a birthday, they gave us a 3rd bread pudding, albeit a smaller portion, but we had a table full of the same desert - we would have perferred some other fruit or chocolate item - but if desert is a complaint, then we should be happy. Gordon's mom's recipie for the bread pudding is excellent. The last overlooked screwing was $25 for self-parking for less than 2 hours - that's a final rip on the way out. All in all, Gordon is opening 2 new restaurants in Reno, and we'll be sure to enjoy those - and go to Hell maybe next year again - but be smarter abour how and what we order.

The food was okay, not what we expected. It was difficult to hear our server over all of the noise. We had a reservation, and many people come in after us. Tables were being served, while we were waiting on giving our order. It took us 2hrs to start and complete our time, due to the slow service. The beef Wellington was decent, but all we tasted was salt 🫤. Overall, the food wasn't terrible but we will not be returning..

Reservations made, excitement was an understatement!!! We were stoked!! So we were NOT eating lunch so we could completely enjoy our reservation. We reserved a 9:30 table, being from out of town we wanted to arrive a little bit early for parking purposes and what not. As soon as we parked at 8:56 p.m I received a text advising our table was READY!!! O boy, a whole thirty minutes early!! Upon arrival we were greeted graciously by the hostess and seated. Then, the story takes a turn, we waited around 10 minutes before being greeted by our waiter, no harm no foul, it's Friday and shift winding down. We place our drink order and our food order. Drinks came out promptly by our waiter. Then our appetizer by one of the young ladies running food, our waiter never came back during the appetizer to check on us. We waited until ten minutes after 10 p.m for our steak, which was almost cold, and very tough. Again we were not checked on during the meal. For the cost, the experience just was not worth it. Luis, didn't even try to make it right, and we had to ask for card back because he was occupied by other tables ( this may have been the icing on the cake we could literally see him tending to other tables more professionally and attentively) 0/10 would recommend. Just go to Vegas and by pass this completely.

Definitely a much more compact space than the Vegas location that I just visited. Ambience is similar but this location didn’t feel quite as “fancy”. Tables were small, cheap, and beat up. Service was good and the food was a great meal.

My husband and I are staying in the area for the long weekend and wanted to have some nice dinners. Hell’s Kitchen met our expectations. Good food, service and decent ambience for being in a casino. We had the seafood tower, lobster risotto, aged NY strip steak and a side of the baked Mac and cheese. For dessert we had the toffee pudding and chocolate sun cake. All the food was a 4.25 out of 5. Good, well put together, but I’ve had better in each of the categories except the toffee pudding which was special (get it if you go). The bill wasn’t bad at all ($287 before tip) so it was a good value. A place to try if your in Stateline, NV.

Restaurant food is outstanding. Beef Wellington cooked to perfection. Waite staff got a little surly when requested to give some time between courses to finish our drinks. Know this sounds picky but the uniforms everyone wears are all dark grey and perhaps better suited for garbage collectors than a restaurant.

The food and service were excellent! The drawback about this location is what felt like a mile long walk through a nasty smoky casino to get to the restaurant. The restaurant itself was less than spectacular, and had open bar windows to the casino floor which allowed the disgusting cigarette smell into the restaurant. Luckily the food standards were much higher and delivered an excellent result! I will likely not return due to the location.

Really horrible thing I thing it need to be prohibited by law. I actually ordered it for my doggie but it’s something they don’t need to serve and also I don’t know why you guys removed the lamp chops!

Started off with an amazing foie gras appetizer, from there food was mediocre. The wellington lacked flavor, the mac n cheese was ok, the brussel sprouts were really good and the added 3 asparagus and 2 oz of king crab for $22 definitely disappointing. $200 later for 2 people no drinks and a shared entree….. i will more than likely never return

Food was excellent, service superb, ambiance not so great. I had the pri fixe with wine pairing, out of this world. My husband had some of everything, he’s was also great, we went home with leftovers. Our server Sean was knowledgeable and very attentive, he also had help from others on staff. It was our anniversary and got and additional awesome dessert. Our only complaint was the ambiance. The decor and seating was like being in a cafeteria, very noisy and no table clothes. Harvey’s really needs to do something with the parking garage elevators very scary. All in all a great evening
