We were in Minneapolis for one night and wanted a fun place for dinner. This place had great reviews and was central. It was pretty busy for a Wednesday night. We loved all the Ralph Steadman art on the walls, some of it original but weren’t big fans of the projection tv screen. While that might be great for a championship game, it’s a little much for a regular night. We enjoyed our dinners. We had the amazing Power Salad and the Bison Bolognaise. The salad was unusual and delicious, with wild rice, kale, spinach, nuts other tasty ingredients. The pasta was homemade and the sauce was great. Our server checked on us frequently and was very nice. We had a margarita and a cosmo, both good. We would go back.

Service was not good, asked multiple times for the beer backs for the bloodies. Did not bring plates to put bloody skewered on had to use napkins then had to ask for more. Bloody bar had cold wings, waffles, donuts starting to get hard. Not much “pickled” items for the bloody bar. Food was Luke warm at best. Tables jammed together, tough to walk through it drinks. Over all paid $50 for just one person and was not worth it at all.

Manager decided we were "overserved" when we were speaking a little loudly on St. Patricks' day. Our group was from Wisconsin, and I can say with full confidence we were not belligerent or "overserved".

The service was atrocious. It took forever for the food to come and when it did it was luke warm and the english muffins for the eggs benedict were burnt and couldn't be cut. The server never returned to check on our food. We were eating brunch prior to a theatre event at 1 PM. We arrived 2 hours early allowing for adequate time to enjoy brunch and get to our event 2 blocks away. We eventually needed to go find our server to request our checks. He did bring them over collected the checks and our cards and asked about the food. We reiterated the issue with the english muffins; he offered to credit our checks 20% which he never did. Rather than waste more time which we no longer had, we opted to leave. I have had the same experience here the last 2 out of 3 times I had brunch here. I hope you figure this out!

We love Hell’s Kitchen! The staff is amazing and steady. We go there for special occasions, anytime company is visiting, and when we need a dose of comfort, We have tried almost everything and it’s all delicious!

What a unique and cool place; the ambiance of the dark wood with the red lighting makes the restaurant so inviting and just a fun place to be. The Bloody Mary bar was superb and well done. (Unfortunately, it opened over 20 min late the day we visited due to low staffing.) Our server, Tricia was very nice. We will come all the way from Maryland to enjoy it again.

Brought my daughter and her friends there for a dinner before our evening event. I booked this reservation because I the menu looked good, the place looked like the type of restaurant I could bring a group of teenagers to for an exciting dinner. The whole experience was so underwhelming. Our waitress helped, but had an attitude. The food itself was terrible. So bad that one of the girls had one of the taco options and ended up getting sick. Only thing we could trace it to was the food. I, and my significant other, split a NY strip steak with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Not sure what we had was a NY strip, it was not good at all. The Brussel sprouts were mushy and tasteless. For $200 I expected a whole lot better.

Internally, we do time/temp safety checks through each day, and fresh food is brought in daily so spoiling is never an issue. Our wait person was really great, knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive, love the restaurant but don't miss out on the store either, bought 2 great tees I can't wait to wear.

As always, the service is exceptional. I also appreciate the service fee for both the wait and kitchen staff. My lower overall rating is due to the food. It’s the second time visiting the mimosa bar and the food and treats are, not stale, but dried out and hard. I understand not many folks visit the mimosa bar vs the bloody bar and it’s difficult to keep the candy fresh. We love Hell’s Kitchen and will visit again but I don’t think mimosa bar will be on the menu for us. The bloody bar is great and food is fresh. Additionally, I ordered the bison Benedict and unfortunately the bison was dry and difficult to chew. Due to the cost of this dish, I wouldn’t venture it again. My wife’s huervos rancheros omelette was delicious! Overall, because we are only able to afford Hell’s Kitchen as a super treat and visit rarely (once or twice a year), I was disappointed paying over $90 for subpar food. Happy to pay service fee and tip though, as staff are just lovely. From the hosts to bartender, servers to bloody/mimosa staff, it’s a joyful dining experience.

We were not given spoons for our coffee or plates for our appetizer. When our food came, it was bland (the Bison benedict) and cold. The sausages were so over seasoned they were inedible. We were out of coffee for 20 minutes and no one came to check on us. I expected much better service and food.

The food we ordered and received was decent. The waitstaff ignored us for a while saying he thought he already took our order. They were out of several things. It wasn’t a horrible experience, just one I probably wouldn’t rush back to.

Bbq baby back ribs were too spicy. Couldn’t eat them. Garlic spuds and Brussels were great. Burger was good too.

That was my second visit to Hell's Kitchen. My biggest regret is that I live too far away. I highly recommend this place to eat as the food is top notch and the service is just as good.
