We arrived at 7:30 for out 7:45 reservation. Seated at 7:50, ordered dinner at 8:05, did not get served until 9:15. Then part of our order was burnt, and they gave us a free crab snack as compensation. Sadly we were extremely disappointed.

Went to Hestia for our anniversary, wow what amazing experience. Food was exceptional, we had a personalized congratulations card signed by all the employees, that was special for both of us. Amazing experience!

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner last Friday night. We opted for the chef's tasting and it didnt not disappoint. We had wonderful servers Colin and Jackson!!! Not only were the courses great, they explained them well and also we had a few extra surprises as well not on the menu. We will definitely be back!

Amazing evening. Our server (Ruben C) went above and beyond helping with Spanish translation for a member of our party. The hostess got us a great table facing the kitchen where we could see all of the action. Fantastic evening all around.

My husband and I came to celebrate our wedding anniversary here and the crew at Hestia made it a very special experience for us, proving a warm welcome, and saving us the best seat in the house right in front of the kitchen, with a congratulations note signed by the staff, and a complimentary glass of champagne. Everything from the food the drinks the ambiance and the wonderful service was exquisite!

Appetizer and Entree were good. Dessert was strange. Good ambience, but the service was a bit too overbearing and instructional (being told what to order and how to eat wasn't a warm environment - felt transactional). Glad we went to experience something new but won't be rushing to return.

This was a truly incredible meal and experience. Our waiter Jaxon was wonderful. If you have questions about the wine the sommelier did a great job. Must haves of the meal were the crab tart, melon salad, bread with pear, scallop(my favorite), and the sourdough dessert. Although we had other delicious items those were my favorites. I can’t wait to come back!

One of the best restaurants that my wife and I enjoy in Austin. A side note … I unknowingly dropped my parking ticket in the restaurant. As my wife and I were driving up to the turnstile expecting to pay the full fare due a lost ticket, an individual from the restaurant walked up and asked if we had lost the ticket. He gave us the missing ticket and a parking validation from the restaurant. It was a wonderful surprise ending to an incredible culinary evening.

This was my second visit this year and I plan to return. It is hard to pick between menu offerings as everything is composed of interesting combinations of ingredients and more importantly all taste fantastic. The table staff are energetically helpful in making choices and ensuring one's dining experience is one to remember. The evening ambiance seals the deal.

Big shout out to Amber , Alexa, Reuben and the whole team, all fantastic!! They took amazing care of us - super attentive to every detail. Absolutely lovely experience from the first bite to the last. Favorite plates were the crab bites, the Parker Rolls, and the scallops. The staff was so kind and accommodating. I was worried it would be a stuffy atmosphere, but they played Beastie Boys and other upbeat music to diffuse that.

The environment was so loud it was hard to hear the waiter or the person seated across from me. The food was not memorable and some of the combinations of flavors lacked cohesion. I would not recommend this restaurant

Really bad experience. We were sat outside in the rain. Enough said. Pork was WAY undercooked... Essentially inedible.. no acknowledgement by the restaurant...which was disappointing. End of the day $500 for 3 people should be a much better experience. I don't recommend. Mich better restaurants in Austin... Much better.

This was a return visit and the previous set high expectations. Similar dishes were ordered both times. Few were as good, most were worse. This with the noise level and increased pricing or smaller portions resulted in a bit of a disappointment.
