   I did not enjoy my experience at all. First, we told them we had a reservation and they said we don’t really do those. I selected specific seating for me and my fiancé but it was already taken when we got there so we were stuck by the door which was no fun. Second, when we got the menu half the things listed on the website were not available because they claim to be revamping the menu. The new drink menu was not impressive in the slightest. Half of it was just vodka and tequila when other drink exist as well. The service was okay our server was nice and I think she could tell I was annoyed with everything. Lastly, the claims of a rooftop is false. There is no view of anything expect the hotels pool. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone.

   This spot was really nice. Kara, the server, was awesome. She was very attentive. It was a little chilly outside but the outdoor heater took that chill away. I am definitely returning.

   The pictures are not what the place looks like in person. It is literally just the bar at the pool deck of the hotel. I definitely understand hotel restaurants but the pictures will make you think you are actually going to experience a rooftop bar with a classy feel. They don't even have servers for the area, just the bar service which is cool, I just expected a different experience based on the pictures and descriptions.

   The rooftop cabanas are the best. We had a great view of the city and the ambiance was grown & sexy. The lemon pepper wings are the best in the city!! I look forward to coming back.

    The atmosphere is very pretty. However, their service was terrible. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to become available to seat me. Now granted if the place was busy I would have understood but this particular night they were slow. I also made a reservation and was told the kitchen closed at that time and I cannot order food.

    This is my second and last time at this establishment. We made reservations and upon arrival we waited by the designated sign that said "wait to be seated" but no one greeted us so we had to wait until finally someone came from the back. I told them that I had a reservation and there response was "Just find an open table." The staff was not friendly at all. We were able to find an open table and immediately noticed that the menu they had online and even the one they had via QR Code was incorrect. Our server was not knowledgeable on the wine selections or food items. I wanted to get a specific entree but I was told that they no longer serve it, even though it was on the menu. Our waiter was not attentive and told us that they didn't have many items that was on the menu. I settled for the Oaxacan Chili Wings and it was not good. The waiter told me not to get the Guajillo Chili Sauce and Lemon Zest sauce added because it wasn't good and I'm glad I listened. The food was subpar. Also I didn't like that 20% gratuity was added plus they did not validate so we had to pay a high price for parking. I was disappointed at the service and lack of preparation from this restaurant.

    First time visit. Food was good. Chicken was a little dry. Stayed at the bar as the seating elsewhere was a little hot and no fans located outside. However, the bar area had good air circulation.

    When I got there it took a while before I got served. They seem short staffed, which is understandable for the wait. The food was a little bland. The tacos were okay. Could use a little more seasoning/spices. Whoever was the Dj could use some serious work. Overall a great place to cool out and kick back type of ambiance. I would go go again.     Waiter forgot to ring in our food. Over an hour and a half later we finally got our food and nothing was done to compensate our extreme wait time. Also we had reservations and they stuck us at the end of another party of people. Very awkward and uncomfortable

    Lots of potential, but poor execution. 1) The menu at the restaurant did not match the menu on its website, or on Open table. 2) Dishes are served with plastic ware rather than silverware. It is extremely difficult to cut thick meats such as the pork belly appetizer with a plastic knife. A thoughtfully managed establishment would know this. 3) Drinks are served in plastic (or acrylic) drink ware. This is just not aesthetically pleasing for an establishment charging premium prices. 4) The food was just average for the price point. A $18 hamburger should be outstanding rather than a lukewarm medium from a (possibly) frozen patty. 5) The server was very engaging, but service was extremely slow given the ratio of staff and managers compared to the clients (there were about 5 tables and 2-3 customers at the bar). We may be back for drinks now that we know what to expect, but we certainly won’t stay for the entire evening on our next visit.

    Not sure how they can book reservations and only have 3 menu items it was unreal. The service was absolutely horrible. We ended up going somewhere else to eat. They didn’t even try to accommodate any reservations.

    Food was unimpressive snacks at best. With the venue they should try to improve the options and offer more handhelds options. Not many want turkey with 3/4" chunks of brie that is soggy and has soaked into the bread and lettuce. Lobster roll was just ok but really cold and stiff with way too much mayonnaise binder. This spot is cool for a couple having a fancy drink.
