   Really good drinks and excellent service. Staff were helpful in providing recommendations to match our tastes. They had expansive bar seating and we weren't too cramped.

   The cocktails were are unique and thoughtfully crafted, delicious and very complex. The service was outstanding, and the feel of the space was very cool—like an old speakeasy. Having drinks here was one of the best parts of our trip to Phoenix!

   We had a great experience! Our seats were almost like we were the grand dame and prince of the bar! Such a great experience and great service! Drinks were amazing and our appetizer was fantastic! Would highly recommend for a date night or a first stop for a great night! We will be back for sure😊

   We were looking for the previous bar and just checked it out. If you want to have a craft cocktail that is like no other go here! The previous visit we sat at the bar and chatted with the manager. She was so informative about the drinks. Would recommend making reservations as its kinda small.

    Always a great experience! The current drink menu has a wealth of great choices that you can choose from. Phoenix has a lot of cocktail bar options now but I still make a point to include Highball in our itinerary when we go out because I know I will have a great time, especially with Mitch and Libby behind the bar!

    Great, cool spot with unique cocktails. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend the Nun Ya Beeswax cocktail! I am not a whiskey girl at all but that drink was incredible. Looking forward to coming back!

    This is by far the best bar in PHX, maybe even in AZ. My boyfriend and I come here whenever we can and tonight I brought my pals for a girls night and it was amazing as always! I love showing people this place, always such a great vibe inside and the drinks never disappoint of course. The owners know what they're doing and the service is always spectacular. I could go on forever about how awesome this place is but if you've been here you already know! if you come on the weekend you'll want to make a reservation because they get pretty busy but they are good about accommodating walk-ins as best they can. nonetheless its totally worth the visit every time and props to the people who make this place what it is! I was worried I'd miss some of my favorites from the old menu but the new menu is even better! Thank you guys for doing what you do, please don't ever stop!

    Service and drinks were amazing! We had a reservation and the company party that was there before us ran over but they were still able to accommodate us and were very apologetic about the whole thing (which was unnecessary but appreciated!). We will definitely be back.

    The ambiance was the best part, but the music was too loud and it made it difficult to have a conversation. Cocktails were average, and some were simply not up to par. Service was excellent.

During the week Sunday - Thursday (closed Tuesdays), our environment is more mellow & chill. We're sorry that you thought your drinks were "sub par". We aim to please with something on menu for everyone, in addition to our killer back bar selection. We focus on quality in the glass, rather than over the top IG garnishes.     The vibe here was super awesome. Our waitress was not competent with the menu and didn’t have any suggestions and had a tough time explaining the drinks. I am a whiskey fan, and both of the whiskey drinks were 2 of the worst drinks I have ever had. They had that “alcohol” taste, but also tasted flat and watered down. So I’m assuming they were using really bad whiskey. Because a strong whiskey drink with good whiskey is very tasty. I would not come back.

Those statements are contradictory. Also, the spirits we use on the menu are 'top shelf', some of them being Buffalo Trace, Eagle Rare, Rittenhouse Rye...among 75+ other bottles of high end whiskey on our back bar (Weller, Blanton's, EH Taylor). We're glad you loved the vibe, but also understand that we are not for everyone. Thank you

    We had a great time here. Celebrating my friends 40th and it was alot of fun. Drinks were respite good, flavorful, strong and great mixes. Service was really good and helpful. I think they should have a slide coming out when you have too many drinks,since it's upstairs.

    Second time visiting high ball this year and definitely was different from the first. Our first visit was a very relaxed sensual mood with very soft music playing, this post time was a lot more upbeat and loud with a packed house. Everything was great as always. Drinks were perfect and service was hands down amazing. Love this place and can’t wait to come back

    This was my first visit, and right away the vibes were right! The ambiance of the low lighting, and small lounge tables make it super intimate. But the music level makes it fun, and inviting to still let lose (why I rated a high noise level) the waitress were very helpful with drink choices, and super attentive as soon as we walked in. My date and I loved the different drink choices from start to finish! About 20 minutes into the date, we both said this was our new favorite cocktail bar! I rated food a 3 because we only tired the popcorn which she really enjoyed.

    Had an awesome experience at highball! The service was awesome and had our table ready with waters and menus when we arrived for our reservation. The waitress came out with shots for everyone right away to celebrate my friends birthday. The staff was so patient and helpful when we ordered drinks and all of the drinks were SO delicious!!

    Date night with my wife and we checked out the pop up restaurant event with The Good Food table with Chef Devan Cunnigham and his staff. The food was amazing, the drinks great, and the ambiance was just right. Can’t wait to come back for a night out!
