It was our 27th anniversary and like many before we chose Hobarts to celebrate. We have been going there for years and have never been dissatisfied yet. The service was great the food top notch. Thank you Kathy as always you made the evening.

Going to Hobarts is always a pleasant dinner date. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and it could not have been more better. Chloe was our server and she was fantastic. Our meals were simply delicious and perfectly timed . To top it off they kindly presented my husband with a fancy dessert . We love this restaurant. Always a nice touch when the owner, Jodie stops by for a wee chat. We will be back before they close for the summer. Thank you Hobarts for making my husbands birthday so special.

Food was good I had the chicken parm and my sweetheart had the salmon, we both enjoyed it. It's unfortunate the decor isn't as good as the food, very dated, we were seated in a small area that had 5 tables and no view of the rest of the restaurant, felt like we were eating in a closet, but the whole place needs an update . If they were to add table clothes and cloth napkins that would go a long way to improving the overall atmosphere, they ask for a pretty good dollar which I don't mind but up your game, there's some good competition in town for our dining $$ and they are winning.

A very busy night, and a large group was very loud. Food was good as always. Service was good. Unfortunately it took two hours for dinner. The manager apologized for the delay and also delivered a message from the Chef to thank us for our patience. Usually I would Hobarts as 5/5, this was a 3.5/5.

One member of our group was gluten and dairy free and we were really impressed with the staff's willingness to accommodate those issues. She was able to enjoy a delicious meal worry free. The best part was that she was able to enjoy a dessert in a restaurant for the first time in many, many years.

We decided to do date night before we become new parents. We wanted something nice and to a place we havent been before. We were originally sat at a booth but being 8 months pregnant I didn't fit. The hostesses gladly moved us to a table by the beautifully lit Christmas tree. Everyone was super attentive including the manager. Food was delicious and the waitresses stayed ontop of my water. I had an unreal Mardi Gras Wrap and the hubby had Steak & Lobster. Unfortunately the lobster was slightly cold but he and I enjoyed every bit of of our meals. We didnt feel rushed and the atmosphere was relaxing. The carrot cheesecake was the perfect ending to our evening. I almost should have ordered one to take home. Thank you for having us and making our date night special.

We had an excellent meal. I gavethe food 4 stars because I had ordered well done steak and it was a little too well done. BUT, still delicious. The service was excellent. My husband thought he had ordered a baked potatoe (he actually ordered mashed) but even though it was his mistake, our wonderful server still brought him a baked potatoe after he had received the mashed. Salads were fresh and tasty. Soup was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their steak and mushrooms When we arrived the music was way too loud. I recalled our last visit to Hobarts as being quieter with backround music. BUT, I asked if the music could be changed and was happily accomodated with a turn down in volume which was much appreciated. I understand music taste is individual but the accomodation was very much appreciated. Since it was a celebration of my hubby's birthday a complimentary dessert was also provided. Nice surprise.

We had an event to celebrate and this was the choice venue. The meal was excellent and the service was superb. There was a larger group celebrating at the same time so I expect that the noise level was higher than normal. Still, we had a wonderful evening.

Hello, we are so happy Hobart's has re-opened. Friendly staff, very bright atmosphere, food was very good, food server could be given more training - introducing themselves to the table, how to place plates on table instead of reaching over people from the end of the table when serving as well as bottle of wine was plunked unopened on the table with nothing said, just turned and walked away, we had to open bottle and serve ourselves. I realize opening a restaurant has a large number of components to it but spending time and training with servers to make them the best as possible is one of the key components for people to keep returning for more. We wish this restaurant every success.

The steak was amazing but the lobster at 40 bucks ??? Ridiculous. The wine menu had definitely changed. The meal felt very rushed and for a birthday. 200 bucks without the tip was very disappointing. Don’t think I would come back. Remembered when you got nice warm bread before you put your order in. I guess that was back in the day.

It was so wonderful to get to go to Hobarts again since reopening in Lindsay. Our dinner date was so great from the cheese fritters app to the rib steak and Jambalaya we had for our main entree. I was so pleasantly surprised when we got a lovely delectable dessert from the restaurant as we were celebrating my birthday. What a tasty way to finish a wonderful meal . Our server was very good , pleasant and attentive. Thank you Hobarts for a great birthday meal. See you again soon.

Spinach dip was plentiful Ribeye steak cooked perfectly, veggies crisp and roasted potatoes delicious. Caesar salad was fresh and tasty. Beef medallion was delicious with the crisp veggies and fries. Will be back for sure! Waitress was the perfect balance of attentiveness 🤗
